Handy race mare Jazzy Artist has run her last race.

The five-year-old mare was raced on lease by Neil Goetsch during her racing career from owner Bill Lefoe and was trained by Ryan Veivers.

A metro-winning mare, Jazzy Artist retires to stud as a winner after being successful at her final race start at Albion Park on May 31, retiring with a record of 11 wins and 29 placings from 78 starts earning $76,013 in prizemoney.

Jazzy Artist also won the Consolation of the 3YO Breeders Classic Series in April 2016 and was a very handy money earner for connections.

By Art Major from the Armbro Operative mare Jasmine Castle Jazzy Artist is from a strong family and should prove more than handy at her future career in the breeding barn.
