- Look for horses that can corner well
- Horses do well from any barrier
- Short straight means turn of foot is important
- 1500m starts on the corner - look for good experience at this distance at Ipswich
- Look for experienced Jockeys

- When rail is out, look for leading speed and inside barriers
- Races consistently and every horse gets it's chance
