Brisbane RC (BRC) has confirmed that the club’s trials scheduled for Eagle Farm (grass) on Thursday 29 March have been abandoned as a consequence of the impact the latest bout of inclement weather has had on the track.
Cognisant of the impact the abandonment may have on horse’s programs, the club has instead agreed to host a further set of (800m) dirt jumpouts on same day, Thursday 29 March. Fresh nominations for the jumpouts are required & should be made with BRC directly prior to 10:00am on Wednesday 28 March.
As a consequence of the trial meeting’s abandonment, RQ is currently collaborating with BRC in regards the potential to extend its jumpout/trial schedule for the week beginning Monday 2 April (Easter Monday). BRC trials during that week are currently programed to take place at Doomben on Thursday 5 April.
