Racing Queensland has confirmed tomorrow’s harness meeting at Redcliffe Paceway will be transferred to Albion Park.

Earlier in the week, RQ advised of up-coming maintenance work at Redcliffe due to subsidence at the 2040 metre start point.

While works to correct the issue are scheduled for next week, RQ will look to fast-track this process, and in the meantime, have agreed to transfer the nine-race card.

As a result, the following distance changes are required:

  • Races listed over 1780m will now be run over 1660m; and
  • Races listed over 2280m will now be run over 2138m.

Barrier draws including mobile barrier configuration will remain as drawn with six horses across the front and four on the second line.

In conjunction with Sky Racing, the Albion Park schedule has been amended with first race commencing at 11.23am and the last at 4.03pm.

RQ will provide further advice ahead of next week’s scheduled meetings at Redcliffe.
