RACE TWO

DELIGHTFUL MAJOR (3) has not had much go his way since winning his 1st Qld appearance 4 runs back when too tough for them over the Redcliffe 2040m. Looming up last start, he would have been closer if not for being rough in his gear when 2m from VOUCHERS. With the gate, this looks his chance to capitalise.

IT AINT THE MONEY (5) had no luck in finding position last start over the 2138m in the same race as DELIGHTFUL MAJOR and was forced to retreat. With the tempo set by VOUCHERS making it tough for the chasers, the effort was sound and followed a charging victory the start prior. He is in the mix.

MACH LE MORE (6) was buried away against the poles last start and when making his run was hitting the line in style behind NURBURGRING. The gate stings here, but he has podium claims.

THATS HOW WEROLL (10) will be best placed if there is heat in the run here, doing his best worked when saved for the last shot. Hitting the line nicely last start when 6m away, he can feature.

SELECTIONS: DELIGHTFUL MAJOR (3), IT AINT THE MONEY (5), MACH LE MORE (6), THATS HOW WEROLL (10)
SUGGESTED BET: DELIGHTFUL MAJOR (3) to win

RACE THREE

NOTORIOUS (3) led them up from gate 2 here 5 starts back when taking control and only nabbed in the last strides despite setting it up for a slick last panel blitz. Placed at his next 3 all from tough gates, he was again grabbed in front last start over the mile. He looks to get a chance in this line-up.

OUR UNCLE JIM (10) was beaten for early speed last start and taking the pocket trail secured the prefect run in transit. With THE FORTUNATE SON blazing in front, he was chasing gamely when 9m away in 2nd place in a sizzling rate. The gate hurts but with even luck in transit, he is right in this.

RECIPE FOR DREAMING (1) made the most of his early speed last start to take control and hold on for a Redcliffe victory. Grabbed late by the subsequent winner OUR LITTLE DIGGER the start prior, he can look to capitalise from the gate.

THE MONEY BALL (5) was snagged back from gate 6 last start to settle near the rear and look for the short-cuts. Mid-field he was too far back when chasing the start prior and looks better placed here.

SELECTIONS: NOTORIOUS (3), OUR UNCLE JIM (10), RECIPE FOR DREAMING (1), THE MONEY BALL (5)
SUGGESTED BET: NOTORIOUS (3) to win

RACE FOUR

MONTANA CHIEF (1)
was a smart winner at Marburg last start when tracking home strongly wide off the track and finishing best in claiming a narrow victory. The closing tempo did not suit the chasers the start prior at Redcliffe and with the perfect trip looking likely, he can take the snipers shot.

LA PLAYER (2) did some early work to press forward outside the leader before receiving cover last time out. Chasing in vain as the impressive L L COOL J hit all the right notes, it followed a narrow victory over the Redcliffe 2040m trip. From the gate he can be close enough to challenge.

OUR MAJOR DAY (9) has faced the starter twice since returning from a spell and placed on both occasions. Closing nicely last start when 2.5m from NURBURGRING, he can be chiming in here.

CHERRYS THE BEST (8) returns from a spell and was last seen when down the line behind the progressive CULTURE KING. Coming into this without a trial, the cosy trip will be ideal.

SELECTIONS: MONTANA CHIEF (1), LA PLAYER (2), OUR MAJOR DAY (9), CHERRYS THE BEST (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-8-9

RACE FIVE

In a wide-open contest where a few of these look questionable over the middle-distance 2138m, last start winner COULDNTTELLYA (5) can look for back-to-back victories. Using the passing lane to arrive over this trip last start, she was a winner when swooping late here 3 back also at this trip. She is worth a chance here in this line-up.

MONTANA EXPRESS (12) may have finished closer if not for striking some trouble last start when finishing 3m from the winner COULDNTELLYA. Closing out strongly the start prior over the Redcliffe sprint trip, he can be working home in the closing stages to throw down the challenge.

KIAMAROSIE (1) will take some benefit from her latest start when stepping out in Qld for the 1st time. Settling in the pocket trail from this gate behind ROLL WITH ROCKY, she can be thereabouts.

UNDERTHEKILT (3) eased from gate 6 to find position last start over the Redcliffe sprint trip when chasing home behind MONTANA LAD. A winner over this trip 4 starts back, he can chime in late.

SELECTIONS: COULDNTTELLYA (5), MONTANA EXPRESS (12), KIAMAROSIE (1), UNDERTHEKILT (3)
SUGGESTED BET: COULDNTTELLYA (5) to win

RACE SIX

IMA TOP TYCOON (9) settled in the 1x1 trail over the mile last time out and with the nice trip finished over the top of them to claim a 2.5m victory. Beaten by a wide gate the start prior, he can get close to the same trip as last time and against the same opponents look to repeat the result.

MARK DENNIS (4) is in nice touch and last start was in for the fight after doing it the tough way outside the leader. From the pocket trail he secured a cosy run over this trip when finishing best to score 2 starts back and with the gate to settle close to the action can look to ask plenty of questions.

INTRANSIT (6) added another minor to the tally last start, hitting the board in 4 of his past 5 starts now. Grabbed late when setting the tempo here 2 starts back, the gate is a stinger but he has claims.

WATTLEBANK FLYER (8) loves being saved for one final shot and from this alley will be probing for gaps to challenge late. Closing hard when runner-up to IMA TOP TYCOON last start, he can join in.

SELECTIONS: IMA TOP TYCOON (9), MARK DENNIS (4), INTRANSIT (6), WATTLEBANK FLYER (8)
SUGGESTED BET: IMA TOP TYCOON (9) to win

RACE SEVEN

ROCKNROLL SWINGER (6) was locked away from inside the 2nd line last start at Redcliffe when making his 1st outing in Qld. Attacking the line strongly when the gaps opened to be within 5m of the winner, he should take good benefit from the run. The gate stings, but this looks within reach.

SONNY ORLANDO (1) is effective when saved for the last shot up the passing lane and looks to strike the perfect conditions here. Back in the pack from gate 4 last start when trying to join in behind LARRY LINCOLN, he was only 3m in arrears here 3 starts back. From the gate he can take the snipers shot.

WANJIRU (2) had no luck when looking forward from gate 6 at Redcliffe last start and was forced to retreat to find position. Only 6m from PACIFIC COIN 2 starts back, pressing forward she can challenge.

MAJOR LUCKY (3) was soon locked away from inside the 2nd line at Redcliffe last start and too far back to challenge. Beaten a pimple the start prior when setting the tempo, he can get forward to be right in the fight.

SELECTIONS: ROCKNROLL SWINGER (6), SONNY ORLANDO (1), WANJIRU (2), MAJOR LUCKY (3)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

COPPICE (1) gets back into this race nicely after meeting stronger opponents in recent outings and lands the double benefit of the good alley. Not receiving the smoothest run in transit last start over the 2138m behind SMITHSTARS LEXUS, he was only 8m from COMMODORE JUJON the start prior. This looks his to lose.

SUNNY RICE (6) was only beaten 3m last start after striking trouble in the run and locking wheels. A winner 3 starts back when sent straight to the front and then dictating over the 2138m trip, she can get forward to find position here and approaching a fitness peak following a let-up can challenge.

BLISSFULDAY (3) was wide of the track last start at Redcliffe when powering home with a strong finish to sweep on by and post a 20m winning margin. Settling handy from this alley, he can feature.

BLUE SHARD (8) is never far from the action and added another 2nd placing to his tally last start when chasing home over the 2138m. Grabbed late the start prior when leading them up, he will be looking for the lane.

SELECTIONS: COPPICE (1), SUNNY RICE (6), BLISSFULDAY (3), BLUE SHARD (8)
SUGGESTED BET: COPPICE (1) to win

RACE NINE

RUNFORTHEROSES (6) has not been that far away in recent starts and might just have found the right contest to breakthrough. Working forward from the 2nd line last start she was fighting hard when only a neck from MONTANA LAD. Chasing hard behind OUR BALOU the start prior, this looks within reach.

MISTERRIODEJANEIRO (9) has the 2nd line to overcome here but might just appreciate this level of contest. Locked away from inside the 2nd line last start, he was not that far from the winner ALI DOWNUNDER. Making good metres in the latter stages the start prior behind MONTANA LAD, he can throw it down here.

STUDLEIGH WILL (3) was sent to the breeze last start over the Redcliffe 1780m but after the tough trip was unable to see it out when fading late. Winless for some time, he can be thereabouts in this.

TACTFILLY MAGIC (1) has the benefit of the inside gate and the options that come with that. Gunned down last start from the front at Redcliffe, the cosy trip appeals here for her to snipe in the stretch.

SELECTIONS: RUNFORTHEROSES (6), MISTERRIODEJANEIRO (9), STUDLEIGH WILL (3), TACTFILLY MAGIC (1)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-6-9

RACE TEN

SHEZALUCKYLADY (4) made the right start in Qld when finishing over the top of them at Marburg 4 starts back and followed that with successive placed efforts over the Redcliffe sprint trip. Keen in front last start, she struck trouble to end her chances. With the right trip she can bounce back here.

SHEZ GOT BLING (9) was locked away on the inside over the Redcliffe 1780m trip 2 starts back and when finding open space attacked the line strongly to sweep on by to a smart win. Well beaten last start, there were excuses and with the right trip here, look for her closing out strongly.

HARRY CROFT (1) was taken back from gate 6 last start and from back in the field was facing a task as the race was controlled in front. Closing hard from a long way back the start prior, he will be tucked in here and ready to strike.

ROCK THE HOUSE (5) eased from gate 6 to find position before hitting the line in good order 3 starts back and them last time out rattled home wide out for a nice win. Positioning cheaply, he can join in late.

SELECTIONS: SHEZALUCKYLADY (4), SHEZ GOT BLING (9), HARRY CROFT (1), ROCK THE HOUSE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: SHEZALUCKYLADY (4) to win

RACE ELEVEN

MONTANA FLASH (4) is a 2YO taking on the more experienced rivals here and should be tightened after 2 runs back from a break. A tidy winner when resuming at Redcliffe, he was down the line behind the talented DANCE IN THE SUN last start. Settling forward he can look to bounce back in a tricky closing event.

JAGGERS SWAGGER (3) secured the pocket trail when making his race debut but lining up against more seasoned performers found the task too daunting. Back to maiden company 2nd up he chased gamely to be best of the rest behind the big winner DESTINY JANE. With added experience he has claims.

SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (8) will need a slice of luck from this alley yet if she able to see space in time will be joining in. Finishing over the top of them last start over the 2138m, she will be probing.

GLITTER STRIP (5) is another 2YO takin on the older rivals and has been kept fresh since a single start off the back of a spell. Down the line behind ITZ MAJOR RICH last time out, he can chime in here.

SELECTIONS: MONTANA FLASH (4), JAGGERS SWAGGER (3), SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (8), GLITTER STRIP (5)
SUGGESTED BET:
