CONDAFEW (1) has not tasted a win for some time but may have found the right conditions here to rectify that. Grinding away last start from the breeze, he was 3m in arrears of the winner. Not that far away in a much stronger contest 3 runs back, he looks to get the options and the chance to capitalise.

ONLY IN ROME (6) has been the runner-up in 3 of his past 4 starts and despite a tough gate is going well enough to challenge against this line-up. Worried out of it last start after leading every step bar the important one, it followed a narrow margin when charging home late. He can throw it down.

RECIPE FOR DREAMING (2) took control from gate 1 last start over the 1780m trip and after a steady opening half, was unable to see it out, grabbed in the closing strides. Its been a while between victory drinks and he will be gripping on.

GIRL ON THE GO (8) has worked into form to shoot for a hat-trick here after wins at the 1780m and 2040m trips. Dealing in front last start when holding on to score, she will be working home late.

RACE FOUR

NO DOUBT (9) was sent to the post as fav last time out when working a long way from home wide off the track. Closing hard the start prior to grab the silver behind LIBERAL ARDEN, he gained the tick to get back in the main draw but still comes up with the tough gate. With the right trip he can arrive.

PACIFIC COIN (2) pressed through to the 1x1 trail from the 2^nd line last start and was chasing hard to hold on for the silver behind VIEWBYTHEROCK. Buried in the run the start prior in a qualifier behind LUCKY UNLUCKY, he can look to hustle off the arm and from the front will give plenty of cheek.

WANJIRU (4) was sent forward to work in the run last start when facing the breeze prior to fading the closing stages. Closing nicely the start prior when a 2m 3^rd, if limiting the burn she can feature.

LIBERAL ARDEN (7) found his race here 2 starts back when sent to the front and once in control was able to take them all the way. Grabbed late after leading from 6 last time, he will be probing.

This shapes as a tricky contest and the early battle could be vital for a few of these. With the benefit of the inside advantage LAZY BLAZE (1) can show some early hustle to keep them wide. Gunned down here 3 starts back in front, he has been chasing his past 2. Taking control can see him fight them off.

BLACKJEWEL (5) secured the perfect trip in transit here 2 starts back and when asked to produce was able to finish over the top in claiming a 3m victory. Down the line last start behind PIN CODE, she has a tricky gate here but if able to find position cheaply can be looking to finish hard.

BEYOND A SHADOW (7) will take some benefit from her latest start when resuming from a break. Buried from inside the 2^nd line she was not in the mix. With the likelihood of a cheap ride here, she can be taking inside shots.

SHEZ GOT BLING (3) angled to the pegs last start from the 2^nd line and with an easy trip found space when needed to charge home and claim a smart 9m victory. Where she positions early will be key, having shown she is best suited working home.

SHEZALUCKYLADY (1) has hit the board in all 3 starts since arriving in Qld with a win and then claiming the bronze in both starts here on The Triangle. Grabbed late after leading them up last start over this trip, she charged home the start prior after retreating from gate 6. She can dictate here.

BARBOO (7) fired out early here last start over the 2040m trip before taking cover in the run. Unable to make any closing ground, he was 10m from the winner PIN CODE. Working home in nice order he start prior from the six alley, he can get the cosy trip here and be ready to take the snipers shot.

DOOLITTLE DANDY (8) was wide off he track and working from a long way out last start and continued to give all the way when only 5m off the winner. He can look to feature again here.

JENUFLECTION (6) has no favours from the car park after making the most of the passing lane last start. After a perfect trip in transit, she finished best to score a drought breaking win. Despite the alley she can chime in.

RACE SEVEN

ARCHILLES (4) was asked to race tough last start when sent to the breeze from gate 5 and after toiling in transit was unable to go on with it. Taking on mor experienced campaigners the start prior, he should appreciate the conditions here and pressing forward, can look to pinch it in front.

ROLLED IN GOLD (5) started deep into the red here last week when making her Qld debut. Off gate 1 she was crossed early before making an error and losing a stack of ground. Circling them and looming up down the back, the effort told as she faded yet it was full of merit. If she can handle the triangle this week, look for a sharp improvement.

LEAPING LEO (8) was well tried here last start off the back of a handy trial but after finding the 1x1 trail not long after the start, could not go on with it. Pressing through early, he can be sharper here.

ELSIES GIRL (3) lands an improved alley here and can look to fire the early shots. Closing in good order last week behind the passing lane winner JENUFLECTION, she has podium claims in this.

RACE EIGHT

ELLE JAY (5) was looking for a hat-trick of victories here 2 starts back when sent to the post as fav and after leading them up was unable to see it out when 5m away in 3^rd place. Gunned down again last start when leading them from gate 1, she has a tough alley to negotiate here, but can bounce back.

CHEYENNE AUTUMN (2) led them up last start from this gate over this trip and was trying to repel them in the stretch. Unable to fight them off, she held on for the bronze when 1.5m away. Looking the leader again here, she will be gripping on in the stretch attempting to break a win drought.

SCHOOBY (9) took the trail from gate 1 last start and with the easy run was able to make the closing shot a winning one when powering home over the top to score. The gate hurts but he can chime in.

FREMARKSINDI (8) was closing strongly last start to grab the silver behind SCHOOBY when only 1.5m in arrears. Angled away from the pegs to finish hard to score here 2 starts back, she can be thereabouts.

RACE NINE
 

THE WHISTLER (1) was obliged to work hard in the run here last week when making her race debut and under the tough trip faded out behind BIG GEM MONTANA. Her trial to prepare for that first appearance was good and with the experience of that 1^st race outing can look to bounce back here.

JOY TO ALL (8) has had 3 runs back this campaign and should be approaching full fitness. Too far back from the 2^nd line last start when BIG GEM MONTANA was controlling it in front, she found the 2040m just a little out of reach the start prior when fading to 3^rd. With even luck she can challenge.

ESTARDAY (7) has placed in both starts, the latest when chasing home for the bronze behind the big winner BIG GEM MONTANA. Another 2^nd line gate does not help, but she can be probing here.

ROCK STAR BABE (3) is another that comes out of the same race last week where they were all chasing the same winner. This filly was best of those chasers to grab the silver and can feature again.

Tricky maiden to close the card where IAM ROCHELLES ART (2) can look to make the most of her early speed to light the lamps. Holding on for the bronze last start behind the big winner DESTINY JANE, she can make start 38 a winning one.

GAME KEEPER (5) was sent forward to work in the run last start and after the tough trip was unable to see it out when fading down the line as DESTINY JANE opened them up for a big victory. Starting to put it together after 5 career starts, he can challenge despite the tough alley.

VALKYRIE HANOVER (8) was locked away against the poles last start and never really worked into the contest when down the line behind FORTYFIVE ROCK. From the gate she is a podium hope.

FLASH FREDDIE (4) is a Mr Feelgood gelding on debut for Mark McNee. He struck some trouble in his qualifying trouble and if able to be stay out of it here, can be in the mix.
