RACE ONE

ONE LAST ROLL (1) has not been too far from them in recent starts from wider gates and finds conditions to here to capitalise. 7m from the winner BOMB SUIT last start, he is at his best when able to roll in front with that map appealing here.

CHANCELESS CENTURY (3) was a winner three starts back when buried away in the run before charging home in the closing stages to take the prize. Wide off the track at his next start when 4m in arrears, he can make a play for the prize.

JINGLES BROMAC (9) was returning from a spell last start and in a slick mile at headquarters, faded to be a long last. Fitter for that run and back to this grade, he can be a sharp improver.

KEAYANG TARA (7) settled in the pocket trail two starts back and made a closing raid to grab the silver. With a similar trip, she can again look to fill the minors.

SELECTIONS: ONE LAST ROLL (1), CHANCELESS CENTURY (3), JINGLES BROMAC (9), KEAYANG TARA (7)
SUGGESTED BET: ONE LAST ROLL (1) to win

RACE TWO

CHEDDAR MADE BETA (2) was a winner here three starts back when sent forward to take control and after a steady opening 800m, dialled it up through the last half to take a 2m margin. Finishing in 2nd in both starts since that win, he can be close enough to the action to arrive.

SUGARKANE (7) will be further tightened from her latest appearance when second up from a spell. Easing from gate 4, she was near the rear and trying to make ground was always going to be an ask against the tempo. With the cosy trip in behind the action here, she can issue a challenge.

MAFFIOSO GIRL (1) started from inside the second line last time out and was soon buried in the run to finish 8m from the winner. Runner-up in successive starts prior, she has the gate to make a play.

AMUSED (9) secured the right trip in behind the speed last start and when the passing lane presented had the speed to make the closing shot a winning one. He can join in late.

SELECTIONS: CHEDDAR MADE BETA (2), SUGARKANE (7), MAFFIOSO GIRL (1), AMUSED (9)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

HIPSTAR (6)
will take further benefit from his last start where he was second up from a long spell. With almost two years between starts, he was within 3m of the winner second up after making a mid-race attack in a slick AP mile. Despite the wide gate, he can arrive here.

JACCKA WALLY (2) tackled the AP 2138m trip last time out and from the second line was darting between runners, pressing through to find the front within 300m, he was never headed in claiming an 8m margin. He can throw it down, at what will be his first Redcliffe appearance.

SAILAONG SINBAD (1) should secure the economical trip behind the speed here and be waiting for the gaps to take his shot. Buried away last start, he was just 4m away two back and has claims.

HY VOLTAGE (7) will be hemmed away here after a last start all the way victory. In the money at his past six in succession, capped by the last start victory, he will be probing for a way clear.

SELECTIONS: HIPSTAR (6), JACCKA WALLY (2), SAILAONG SINBAD (1), HY VOLTAGE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: HIPSTAR (6) to win

RACE FOUR

BETTOR MEMORIES (8)
settled in the 1x1 trail last start and was trying to chime into the action over the closing stages when finishing 3m astern of the winner COURAGEOUS SAM. Striking trouble in a mare’s qualifier two starts back, she can get the right trail to arrive for the prize.

TACTFILLY MIRACLE (7) will be requiring a slice of luck at some stage from this alley as she looks in danger of being buries. A winner here four runs back when powering over the top in the closing stages, she has been runner-up at the past two and can make a challenge if finding space here.

PURPLE SHADES (5) started from wide off the front line over the AP mile last start and was trying to make a closing raid as IM LOKI controlled it from the front. The date stings but he is right in this.

ROLLONX (6) eased from gate 4 last start before making some closing metres to grab the bronze when 5m from the winner. Despite the tough alley, he has the speed to find a position to feature.

SELECTIONS: BETTOR MEMORIES (8), TACTFILLY MIRACLE (7), PURPLE SHADES (5), ROLLONX (6)
SUGGESTED BET: BETTOR MEMORIES (8) to win

RACE FIVE

HARRY CROFT (2) faced gate 5 last start where he was sent forward to do it the tough way when grafting out 3rd placing after being sent to the post as favourite. Wide gates have dampened his chances in four runs back from a spell, with the improved alley a big asset for this contest.

CLARES FOOL (3) was a Marburg winner three starts back when rolling the sleeves and fighting out a gritty victory. 8m from the winner after facing a second line gate two runs back, he was within 2m of the winner last start as ABBEY DIADEMA arrived. From the gate he can throw down a challenge.

WAVEDANCER (8) has placed at his past two starts, the latest when working home from the second line to be 7m from the winner MUSTANG DUDE. Trailing through early can see him feature.

JAYDES TERROR (9) was hemmed away from the inside second line gate last start and with the gaps arriving, had the space to get out and chase down the victory. Look for her in the closing stages again.

SELECTIONS: HARRY CROFT (2), CLARES FOOL (3), WAVEDANCER (8), JAYDES TERROR (9)
SUGGESTED BET: HARRY CROFT (2) to win

RACE SIX

FORTYFIVE ROCK (1)
is yet to cash-in for a win this season, but his recent efforts have been from tough gates. Buried in the run and sound to the line last start from inside the second line, he lands the gate to utilise his early hustle and finds the right conditions to capitalise.

SHAKATIE (3) settled in the 1x1 trail last start and could not go with them in the closing stages as BELLA GODIVA landed the win up the passing lane. Placed in both starts prior to that attempt, she can find a forward spot here to make a challenge.

LA BELLE CHEVAL (7) is looking to arrest a winless streak that has surpassed two years. An improved effort last start from the pocket trail, she can secure a similar trip here to make a play.

OUR DOLLY (6) eased from gate 5 last start to find position and from back in the pack never got warm in the closing stages. With successive wins three runs back, she can chime in here.

SELECTIONS: FORTYFIVE ROCK (1), SHAKATIE (3), LA BELLE CHEVAL (7), OUR DOLLY (6)
SUGGESTED BET: FORTYFIVE ROCK (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

BATTLECRAFT (3)
resumes from a spell after transferring to the premiership leading Butler stable in the break. Striking trouble from inside the second line at Marburg last start, he has landed an inside second line gate at 3 of his past 4 starts. Back to the front line, he finds conditions to strike fresh.

SHEZALUCKYLADY (2) was building towards a victory after successive 2nd placed efforts when beaten 4m from inside the second line here and then 3m when working hard in the run at Marburg. Conditions were in her favour last start, firing out to take them all the way at the sprint trip and despite being winless at the middle trip, she can make a challenge.

TRACER BULLET (5) was sent forward from the second line last start and doing his share of work was fighting on for the silver when 3m in arrears. Not much luck has been on his side of late, with the smaller field helping.

SELECTIONS: BATTLECRAFT (3), SHEZALUCKYLADY (2), TRACER BULLET (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

MAJOR GRANDEUR (2) pulled clear to score a big 20m margin when setting the tempo here seven runs back. Not much has been his favour since that win, with his past three all coming from second line barriers, the latest when finding the line nicely to be 5m in arrears. From the gate, he gets his chance.

MANY DELIGHTS (5) started from inside the second line last time out and was soon away from the poles to find the running line. Wide for a long way at Marburg when holding on for the silver two starts back, he can press the issue here to get forward and issue a challenge.

FEEL THE THRILL (4) set the tempo over the 2040m trip last start and faded to finish at the rear. Back to the sprint trip will help and, in this grade, he has podium claims.

FLOORLESS (9) is still chasing the maiden breaking win and faces plenty of winning experience from the tough gate. Sound to the line last start, she can be making a closing raid.

SELECTIONS: MAJOR GRANDEUR (2), MANY DELIGHTS (5), FEEL THE THRILL (4), FLOORLESS (9)
SUGGESTED BET: MAJOR GRANDEUR (2) to win
