Following consultation with QRIC and the Townsville TC, the TAB race meeting scheduled for Tuesday 5 February 2019 by the Townsville TC has been ABANDONED due to the current prevailing weather and also weather conditions forecast in the coming days.
As a result, RQ has programmed two (2) additional races at the next Townsville TC TAB race meeting scheduled for Tuesday 12 February 2019. Additional races are:
Benchmark 75 Hcp 1000m $19,000
Maiden Hcp 1000m $19,000
In addition, the race meeting will be afforded “Northern Showcase” status which will see increased prizemoney to $19,000 (from $16,500) for all seven (7) races originally programmed on this meeting.
