Racing Queensland advises stakeholders that the Albion Park meetings on Wednesday 19 February and Wednesday 26 February will be conducted using the catching pen instead of the finish on lure.
This decision was made in conjunction with QRIC Stewards as a precaution to contain the spread of canine coronavirus amongst the greyhound population in South East Queensland.
The race program for this meeting will remain unchanged.
Racing Queensland will closely monitor the situation and provide advice in the near future regarding the scheduled finish on lure meetings on Sunday 1 March and Sunday 8 March.
