RACE TWO

MISS MIA (1)
is knocking on the door after placing at her past 4 in succession, the latest when buried away and making late ground to grab 2nd behind GLENLEDI COMMANDER. With all the options from the good alley, she gets the opportunity to claim her first victory of her 6YO season.

ARTISTIC SAINT (5) was shooting for a hat-trick of victories last start when easing from gate 5 to find the running line. Unable to eat into the deficit in the closing stages, he was still just 7m from the winner. Both wins prior occurred when leading and while he may not lead here, he can challenge.

KEAYANG TARA (7) was trying to make a closing raid last start when finishing 6m in arrears of the winner ARTISTIC SAINT. A beaten favourite the start prior, she will be probing for the openings.

OLIVER WINKLE (2) capitalised on gate 1 at Marburg last start when taking control early and then putting it out of reach in a slick last half to pull clear to a huge victory. He is in the mix from this alley.

SELECTIONS: MISS MIA (1), ARTISTIC SAINT (5), KEAYANG TARA (7), OLIVER WINKLE (2)
SUGGESTED BET: MISS MIA (1) to win

RACE THREE

THE RAGNBONE MAN (7)
will be relying on some factors in his favour and if that can eventuate, he should be in the perfect position to strike. Settling in the running line from gate 9 last time, he swept down the outside to claim a smart win. He will be stalking the speed here and just needs momentum into the passing lane.

ALTANA BLUE (3) has placed in 5 of his past 6 starts as he searches for another victory, his latest effort a tough run when sent forward to sit parked from the 2nd line. Grafting it out, he was just 3m in arrears of the winner THE RAGNBONE MAN and can throw it down again here.

FEEL THE THRILL (1) made an error soon after the start last time and had his night end before really getting going. Holding 3rd from the trail the start prior, he can fire the early bullets from this alley.

MONTEREY JACK (9) has bobbed up in the minors at his past 2 starts, the latest from inside the 2nd line when darting up the passing lane. With even luck he can chime in once again.

SELECTIONS: THE RAGNBONE MAN (7), ALTANA BLUE (3), FEEL THE THRILL (1), MONTEREY JACK (9)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-7-9

RACE FOUR

ABERCROMBIE TAB (4)
goes in search of a hat-trick of victories after sharing a split win here 2 runs back and then getting the outright prize last time. Luckless here 3 runs back when hitting a traffic jam, he was too strong when parked here last start and can look to put it to them once again.

MAYWYN A JUG ORTWO (2) eased from gate 3 over the AP mile last start and was soon out the back and needing to make up a stack of ground. Strong to the line to be within 6m of the winner, it followed a tidy run here the start prior when buried in the run. He has a challenging chance.

JACKEROO SHANNON (5) started from inside the 2nd line last start when buried in the run and never really got warm. Outside the 2nd line dented his chances the start prior with the gate stinging again.

GO AWAY (9) charged home to claim the prize here 3 starts back and has been able to grab a minor at her past 2 starts since the win. With Saved for a late play, she can chime in.

SELECTIONS: ABERCROMBIE TAB (4), MAYWYN A JUG ORTWO (2), JACKEROO SHANNON (5), GO AWAY (9)
SUGGESTED BET: ABERCROMBIE TAB (4) to win

RACE FIVE

WRITEABOUTCHELSEA (2) started from this same gate last time and was soon back in the running line and never a factor over the closing stages. Taking a trail 2 starts back, she comes up with the chance to be first to the poles here and from the front might just take some catching.

PRIVATE JUJON (4) has been in nice touch in recent outings and finds another race where he right in the fight. Eased back from gate 3 last start, he was sound to the line chasing and the start prior was weaving a passage behind the clear out winner KOOKABURRAPRINCESS. This is within reach.

ONE HELLAVA PARTY (5) flashed some early speed from gate 4 to get across early but soon took running line cover before finishing midfield. Fading the start prior, he can be sharper in this line up.

PATCHWORK JET (7) eased from gate 3 last time out and was then trying to chase as ABERCROMBIE TAB took the prize. Not too far away the start prior, he can be probing for the openings to chime in.

SELECTIONS: WRITEABOUTCHELSEA (2), PRIVATE JUJON (4), ONE HELLAVA PARTY (5), PATCHWORK JET (7)

RACE SIX

DATSINAHURRI (7)
started from gate 3 last time out over the AP mile and after taking an early look, found the space to drop in behind the leader. Angling into the gap in the stretch, she cruised home to an easy 2m victory. Sweating on the 1 looking to take them all the way, she will be ready to strike.

IMA CALVERT ROSE (3) is a trotter taking on the pacers and will be looking to make it a hat-trick of victories. Beating the pacers in fine style at Marburg 2 starts back when pulling clear for a 21m margin, she was never in danger against her own gait at headquarters last time. The threepeat is on.

VALKYRIE HANOVER (1) found it out of reach last start when taken to The Creek and faded over the closing stages.  A return to The Triangle is in her favour and from this alley has podium claims.

FREMARKSINDI (9) has hit the board in 2 of her past 3 starts, the latest when trying to launch a closing raid and grabbing 3rd behind TICK OF THE CLOCK. She can make a late play again.

SELECTIONS: DATSINAHURRI (7), IMA CALVERT ROSE (3), VALKYRIE HANOVER (1), FREMARKSINDI (9)
SUGGESTED BET: DATSINAHURRI (7) to win

RACE SEVEN

SHES ALL STAR (5)
should appreciate this level of assignment after gate 6 was her undoing last start when KOOKABURRAPRINCESS blasted them all off the track. Runner-up the start prior as a red figure favourite when nailed in the last stride and beaten an eyelash, this looks her race to take hold of.

SCHOOBY (4) was a winner here 3 starts back when drooping in behind the speed and then when the passing lane arrived, took his shot to sprint through and claim the prize. Gunned down in the closing strides last start at headquarters, he can fire the early bullets here to make his challenge.

MANY DELIGHTS (8) pressed on from gate 3 here 2 starts back and once in control held them off to claim a narrow victory. Pressing through to find position, he can chime in here.

WILD ABOUT TOWN (9) tool them all the way here 3 starts back and then was shooting for a hat-trick when best of the rest behind the massive winner SWEET SANGRIA. The gate dents his hopes.

SELECTIONS: SHES ALL STAR (5), SCHOOBY (4), MANY DELIGHTS (8), WILD ABOUT TOWN (9)
SUGGESTED BET: SHES ALL STAR (5) to win

RACE EIGHT

MERIBEL (2)
has placed in 5 of her 11 career starts as she searches for the maiden breaking win. Buried away from inside the 2nd line last start, she was chasing as VODKA EN ICE put them away. With the chance to settle handy to the action from this alley, this looks her chance to open the account.

KIMMIK (4) chased gamely for 3rd albeit it a long way from the winner SUNNY COVE 3 starts back and followed that with a tidy effort from outside the 2nd line. Taking on far more experienced rivals last time, a return to maiden company is a huge plus and she can look to challenge.

MY GIRL BLAZE (1) was banished to the trials last start after making an error. Doing enough to earn the return through a pair of trial hit outs, the inside gate will aid her chances.

DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN (7) eased from gate 5 last start over the AP mile before trying to make a closing raid and grabbing 3rd behind JUDGE JUJON. With a cosy trip on offer, he will be probing.

SELECTIONS: MERIBEL (2), KIMMIK (4), MY GIRL BLAZE (1), DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MERIBEL (2) to win

RACE NINE

TEE RAVELLING (5)
was resuming from almost 18 months off the scene when scoring an effortless win here back on December 14. From the 2nd line in that race, he made a swooping run and powered over the top to claim a 14m victory. Despite the tricky alley, he can look to repeat the victory.

MASTER CHARLES (2) looks to face a substantial drop in grade to what he has been meeting. Beaten by a wide gate last start, he was trying to make a late play as WHATA ROLLER took the inside runs over the AP mile. He comes up with a tighter alley to what he has faced and can be a big improver.

JOY MAKER (8) was runner-up last start when easing across to the running line from gate 5 and then finishing just 3m in arrears of the winner. With even luck she has podium claims.

SENORA JUJON (7) will be needing a slice of luck at some stage from this alley as she looks set to be hemmed away. Forced to grind it out when parked last start, she will be searching for the gaps.

SELECTIONS: TEE RAVELLING (5), MASTER CHARLES (2), JOY MAKER (8), SENORA JUJON (7)
SUGGESTED BET: TEE RAVELLING (5) to win
