RACE TWO

Although yet to win in Qld and approaching 12 months since his last win, DYNAMIC BROMAC (2) might just have found the right conditions here. Not suited last start when retreating from gate 6 and then facing a task against the tempo, his run 2 back was good and from the gate will get his chance.

OUR LITTLE DIGGER (8) chalked up another minor here last start when looming up in the stretch to get within a half-neck of the winner HAVING THE FAITH. Not much went his way the start prior when squeezed up to finish 7m from the winner, he is a consistent performer on this track.

ISLAS JOY (1) was locked away from inside the 2nd line over the AP mile last time out and chased hard for the bronze behind the dictating winner JUMPING JACK JIMMY. He can be probing.

VENUS JUJON (9) started from this same gate last start when tracking into the race behind OUR LITTLE DIGGER and finishing with the bronze when 2m from the winner. With the similar trip she can chime in again.

SELECTIONS: DYNAMIC BROMAC (2), OUR LITTLE DIGGER (8), ISLAS JOY (1), VENUS JUJON (9)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

JILLIBY JACKPOT (1)
returned from a spell over this trip 3 runs back where he was able to work home over the top of them to claim a smart win. Wide gates at The Creek have followed in his 2 runs since that win and there have been excuses in each. Back to The Triangle and from this gate gives him every chance.

TRUE STEPPER (3) has traversed the triangle on just 4 occasions and been placed in 3 of those. The latest came here last time out when sent to the breeze from this same gate and grinding it out held on for the bronze when 2m from the winner. She may need to work again here but is up to the task.

ADRENALINE RUSH (7) has been in the money at her past 5 in succession and lands the gate for the cosy trip to chime in once again. Finishing hard to score here 3 starts back, she will be searching for space in the stretch.
FIRE AND ICE (4) set the speed from gate 1 here last start over the 2040m and keeping them rolling was unable to see it out when 7m in arrears of the winner. It is a sticky gate, but he can feature.

SELECTIONS: JILLIBY JACKPOT (1), TRUE STEPPER (3), ADRENALINE RUSH (7), FIRE AND ICE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: JILLIBY JACKPOT (1) to win

RACE FOUR

The first of two 3YO heats of the Yearling Sales Series which looks much stronger than the other. By virtue of this gate MANILA PLAYBOY (1) might have his opponents chasing 2nd prize as he looks to continue his excellent form that includes a last start demolition of the G1 Triad Final. 3 from 3 here at The Triangle, he already has a firm grip on the G2 Final of this Series.

JUSTA LITTLE BIT (6) is served no favours from this alley with the big gun drawn at the opposite end of the barrier arm. Gate 12 was his undoing in the Triad Final 2 starts back and he bounced back from gate 3 here last start with a clinical 23m victory. He looks best of the chasers.

DYNAMIC DAN (2) is the Triad Consolation winner after he capitalised from gate 1 to take them all the way over the 2138m trip. Fading over the mile last start after working early, he has place claims here.

ONLYSBEST (3) is 1 from 1 at the track, a tough winner here back in March when asked to sit parked. Midfield to NOT THE KINGSWOOD last start, he can look for an easy trip to chime in.

SELECTIONS: MANILA PLAYBOY (1), JUSTA LITTLE BIT (6), DYNAMIC DAN (2), ONLYSBEST (3)
SUGGESTED BET: Trifecta 1 / 2-3-6

RACE FIVE

KENDYS BUTTERFLY (3) made the most of the 947m conditions 2 starts back to hold on for victory by a neck. Asked to grind it out when parked last start over the 2040m, she could not go with them over the closing stages. The early burn will be key to her chances but limiting the work can capitalise.

ITSMEGS (1) held the 1x1 trail last outing when holding on for the bronze behind GROOVY MISS ANNIE. Working hard in defeat here 3 starts back when 1m from the winner BETTING BARON, she will need to hustle early but with the options gets a chance to challenge.

ROCKINDOWNUNDER (7) started from gate 8 last time and was trying to chime in wide off the track when runner-up to the passing lane winner SUBTLE ADVICE. In danger of being hemmed away, she will be searching for space.

RINGOS A STAR (6) is yet to miss the money in 5 outings here at Redcliffe but is not given any favours from the wide gate. Only a half-neck away here 4 starts back from gate 9, he can be joining in.

SELECTIONS: KENDYS BUTTERFLY (3), ITSMEGS (1), ROCKINDOWNUNDER (7), RINGOS A STAR (6)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

The second of the 3YO heats where SHES MISS DEVINE (1) is the big winner from the barrier draw as she goes in search of 3 wins in succession. Powering home over the top of them last start from the 2nd line, she scored easily from this gate 2 back when leading throughout. The threepeat is within reach.

NICKS PICK (2) was angled to the pegs from the 2nd line last time out and could have been closer with better luck when chasing behind GENERAL MONTANA. Only 7m in arrears the start prior behind THE GROGFATHER, he can settle close enough to make a closing play in this.

TEE JAY CEE (7) has hit the board in 4 of his 6 starts here at Redcliffe, the latest when having no luck at all as a red figure fav, searching for gaps to offer. With 2nd line options, he can be joining in late.

NOT THE KINGSWOOD (4) takes his first look at Redcliffe after hitting some good form in recent outings. Sent straight to the front last start over the AP mile, he was never in danger when cruising home to a PB victory. He is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: SHES MISS DEVINE (1), NICKS PICK (2), TEE JAY CEE (7), NOT THE KINGSWOOD (4)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

An intriguing contest here with some good heat looking to be generated off the front line in the early stages of this. SIR BULSKI (4) is in terrific form with 4 wins in his past 5 starts and backs up here form an all the way win over the 1780m last start. He might just be versatile enough to take this.

BRILLIANT ART (9) will take good benefit from her latest offering when resuming from a let up. Finding the pocket trail from gate 2, she was able to use the passing lane to take the prize. Grabbed late 2 starts back after working in the run, if there is plenty of early hustle, she can be charging.

RANCHO MAN (3) was not suited last start when asked to sit in the death and from there was unable to see it out. If he can muster the speed to cross in this, his chances will improve exponentially.

ALTANA BLUE (1) is the big query runner, returning to Qld following a protracted stint in Tasmania. His past 2 starts have been over longer standing start events and from the gate is under a big watch.

SELECTIONS:
SIR BULSKI (4), BRILLIANT ART (9), RANCHO MAN (3), ALTANA BLUE (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

MISTY CREEK (6)
takes his 1st look at Redcliffe after hitting the board in all 3 starts at The Creek to date. Using some early gas to take control in the Breeders Classic Final last start, he was game in holding on for 3rd. That followed a comfortable victory defeating subsequent winner IMA CHICK MAGNET by 6m. He looks smart enough to overcome the gate.

TEDDY DISCO (9) was a smart winner on debut here 2 starts back when finishing over the top of them, cruising home to a 3m victory. Buried from gate 1 in the Breeders Classic Final, he was out and chasing in a smart effort to be 3m from DANGERZONE. The gate stings but he can be strong late.

R ELEVEN ART (5) has been given a light time since his maiden breaking win against older horses last time out. With the perfect trail behind the speed, he was too slick late and while the gate is not great, a return to his own age helps.

O B LEGAL (7) eased from gate 5 last start over the AP mile to settle near the rear of the pack. Shaking free to find space, there was plenty to like in how he attacked the line late. He will be searching for the gaps here.

SELECTIONS: MISTY CREEK (6), TEDDY DISCO (9), R ELEVEN ART (5), O B LEGAL (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MISTY CREEK (6) to win

RACE NINE

With good speed from the two inside gates, the early hustle of THEMIDNIGHTRAMBLER (2) will be crucial at release. Developing a super record since arriving in Qld, he has now put up 4 wins in 5 outings here at The Triangle. Too strong for them from gate 5 last start, if he takes control easily here, he will be tough to stop.

ELLE JAY (1) fired off the arm to lead from gate 5 here last start and dictating the play held them off to claim a narrow victory. 7m away when 3rd in a Trot Rods event 2 starts back, she has all the options from this gate and gets every chance to throw down the challenge.

ABBEY DIADEMA (7) started from gate 1 last time and soon found herself shuffled back in the run. Claiming the bronze here 2 starts back from gate 6 and only beaten 2m, she can join in here.

BEEJAYS DELIGHT (5) was looking to take them all the way last start from the inside alley and after setting some even panels in front was collared in the closing strides. The gate hurts but he has claims.

SELECTIONS: THEMIDNIGHTRAMBLER (2), ELLE JAY (1), ABBEY DIADEMA (7), BEEJAYS DELIGHT (5)
SUGGESTED BET: THEMIDNIGHTRAMBLER (2) to win

RACE TEN

WHATA REACTOR (4)
worked forward to find the front before taking a trail over the 2040m trip last time out when holding on for the silver behind ILLBEWATCHING. Finding the front before releasing here 3 starts back and making the closing shot a winning one, she can arrive again in this field.

DEAL BREAKER (6) was asked to roll the sleeves and do the toiling outside the leader here 3 starts back and did not shirk the task when runner-up to THEMIDNIGHTRAMBLER. A smart Marburg winner at his next appearance, he was given a tough trip last start and can throw it down here despite the gate.

CHASIN DREAMZ (8) has worked into some nice form with a win in 3 of her past 5 outings. Searching for a hat-trick of wins last start, she faded after a tough run and trailing through here can feature.

KID CALVERT (2) has been winless for over 12 months now, but he is never too far from the action in this type of contest. From the gate he can be close enough to sneak into the placings.

SELECTIONS: WHATA REACTOR (4), DEAL BREAKER (6), CHASIN DREAMZ (8), KID CALVERT (2)
SUGGESTED BET: WHATA REACTOR (4) to win
