RACE TWO

VANTO HANOVER (1) should find this easier than her recent starts after taking in much stronger opponents in 3 runs back from a break. A stronger effort when 2^nd up saw her hit the line in good order for 2^nd and last start was only beaten 1.5m. With early speed this looks her chance to dictate.
 
RADAR HILL (7) has been runner-up at his past 2 starts and both when working home from back in the field. He found the line in good order last start in a strong closing 800m to grab the silver behind GETOUTNWALK. Best of the chasers 2 starts back he will get a perfect trip and be ready to strike.

TOO GOOD FOR YOU (9) rolled forward from gate 4 at Tamworth last start over the 1980m trip and wain for the fight when a 5m 3^rd. A tough winner from the breeze 3 starts back he will be in the fight again.

OMINOUS FLYER (8) looked to take them all the way 2 starts back over the sprint trip and was only grabbed right in the wire. Freshened since his last run he can look for shortcuts home here.

RACE THREE

MYANGA SPORTSGIRL (1) has been around the money in recent starts including a win at Inverell 2 starts back where she found the line nicely after looking to be buried away in the run. Forget her last start where she struck trouble, she can hustle hard to protect the pegs and will be gripping on late.

BERTILS DELIGHT (7) was locked away on the markers last start and probing for gaps was able to hit the line strongly and arrive for the prize once the gaps opened. That followed a nice effort when only a half-neck from DONT BE JEALOUS and with a cosy run on offer once again will be ready to strike.

INCITER (8) is never far from the action and last start held on for the bronze after working in the breeze after being sent forward from gate 6. Placed in the top 3 at 60% of his appearances on the triangle, he can be thereabouts once again.

MINI MIRACLE (4) started in red figures last start from gate 1 when looking to lead throughout but a stinging 27.8 opener took its toll. Finding early position she can be working home late.

RACE FOUR

OVERTHEMOON (2) will strip fitter following his latest run when 2^nd up from a break where he settled in the pocket trail from inside the 2^nd line to finish 3.5m from the leader and winner. Only beaten that same margin at his return, he can look to find the pegs and from there gets his chance.

TORQUE IS MY GIRL (4) will be tightened from her return to the track and will appreciate this class after chasing gamely for the silver at her return behind the smart ESCALERA. A winner at her final 2YO appearance of the term 2 starts back, she looms as a big threat here and has this in her sights.

AT RANDOM (5) has placed in 3 of his past 5 appearances with the latest a tidy effort after being buried in the pack at Tamworth. The gate hurts but if able to find position he looms as a place hope.

LA PISTOLA (9) made the most of the pocket trail here 2 starts back and chased gamely to be 2^nd and only 2m from the winner. Not suited when snagged back from gate 4 last start he can podium.

RACE FIVE

JOVIAL JULIE (10) resumes from a freshen after starting twice in early January to kick off her 3YO term. Striking trouble at her return she hit the line strongly when 2^nd up and arrived in time to score by a neck over CAPITALIZE. The gate makes it tricky but with the right cart home she can arrive.

CANDYFLOSS (9) made the most of conditions here 3 starts back when sent straight to the front from gate 3 over the sprint trip and despite being 1^st up was too slippery and coasted home to a 14m victory. Not far away at each of her next 2 starts, the latest in a stronger AP event, she can feature.

MAYWYN TOUGH (5) was a winner here 2 starts back when settling in the pocket trail from gate 1 and then finishing over the top. Not suited when snagged back last start he has place claims in this.

STYLISH FEELING (3) grabbed the bronze here 2 starts back when locked away against the pegs and last start found the line in good order. Settling closer from the gate she won’t be far away.

RACE SIX

RIVERLEIGH WILLIAM (10) hit the line in good order here 2 starts back when able to grab the silver behind SACHE GIRL. He met a much stronger AP line-up last start over the 2138m trip and was strong to the line when 10m from the winner JACKS AT THE BEACH. He will need the right run in transit and can arrive in a wide-open contest.

BUKTHSYSTEM (4) started from inside the 2^nd line last start and was away from the pegs early and chased gamely to grab the bronze behind UNASSUMING CHAMP. The start prior he used the passing lane when 5m from the in-form FEEL THE REIGN and freshened since his last appearance can challenge.

WAVEDANCER (5) rolled forward from gate 6 last start and was doing the heavy lifting when fighting hard and only 5m from the winner MY WINGMAN. He might need to roll the sleeves here but can be in the fight.

KIWI SOLDIER (1) found the line in good order here 4 starts back when able to grab the silver behind MONTEREY JACK. Forced to start off the 2^nd line in all 3 starts since that effort his latest run saw him chasing from too far back. With the perfect trail on offer he will be looking to take the snipers shot.

RACE SEVEN

GETOUTNWALK (3) had an early look from gate 6 last start over the sprint trip before being able to angle in to find the 1x1 cover. With a strong closing 800m she was able to finish best and claim a stylish win. No closer than gate 6 at her past 5 starts, she can look to take advantage of the gate to dictate.

SONNY ORLANDO (1) was a winner 4 starts back when able to sight space and finish over the top for a nice win. Chasing hard from 3 back along the markers last start he grabbed the bronze and with his best work coming when saved for one shot after a cheap peg-run, he gets perfect conditions here.

TAKITIMU EXPRESS (6) has no favours from the gate but he should find this easier than recent outings where he has been solid. 2^nd to FEEL THE REIGN last start, he was a passing lane winner 3 back and just needs luck to be right in this.

FAKEROCKNROLL (7) was sent forward from gate 5 at Tamworth last start over the 1980m trip and once in control held on to score a 2m victory. He will be buried away here but can sprint late off the cosy run.

RACE EIGHT

PEGGY STARDUST (1) has only faced the starter on 4 occasions but has shown good improvement on each occasion. Last time out from gate 3 she found the pocket trail and chased gamely for the bronze behind the smart looking ETERNAL PROMISE. With the gate to capitalise, she can break the maiden tag.

ROCKA BELLA (9) has started 3 times since joining the Weidemann barn and started from the 2^nd line at her past 2 and struck trouble in the run at the other. Buried away on the pegs last start at Tamworth, she never had a shot and with the race not overly deep with chances she can feature.

SWEET SCOOT (7) was finding the line in good order last start after working home wide off the track from the 2^nd line and only beaten 5m. With a cosy trip on offer from the gate she can be in the mix.

CALL ME TRISH (10) worked home well to grab the silver last start when only beaten a neck. Still learning her craft and forced from the wide gates as a result, look for her working home late.

RACE NINE

HIGH CLOUD LASS (4) is knocking on the door for a win and lines up here after being placed in her past 4 in succession. Last start at Marburg she was safely away from the 10m impost and was able to work to the front and was fighting hard when only beaten a head by JETER. Will this be her night?

SOH TWISTED (2) is still searching for her maiden Qld victory and is winless since July of 2016. That said she is racing well and will appreciate this class after taking in the McNeil series at her past 3 starts. She just found them too smart in the final, but she is a safe beginner and can go close.

DAY TOURER (3) is another that will appreciate getting back to Redcliffe restricted company after coming through the McNeil Series. His effort in the final was a tidy run and with good speed off the tapes he will be in the mix.

SCHIPPERS (1) is still looking for a maiden breaking win and although it might not come in this race, she will get the perfect trip against the markers with her good manners and wont be far away.
