Bago Bye Bye has turned in a blistering 710m debut at Albion Park tonight, scorching the track in 41.46sec to win the Grade 5 seventh event by 12 lengths.
It was the Darren Russell-trained dog's first run back in Brisbane after finishing fourth in the Group 1 Australian Cup earlier this month.
Russell has now indicated Bago Bye Bye will be set for the 2019 TAB Queensland Winter Greyhound Racing Carnival.
