Ipswich 40th Anniversary Trophy
The Ipswich Greyhound Racing Club will celebrate its 40th Anniversary on Saturday, April 16, 2022.
A special event, called the Ipswich 40th Anniversary Trophy (520m), will be held on this night to mark the occasion.
Total prizemoney for the event is $25,000 with $15,600 going to winning connections.
Nominations for the event close on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 9.30am and Racing Queensland will announce the field on the same day.
All greyhounds that have raced at least once from the Ipswich 520m boxes between April 16, 2021, and April 8, 2022, are eligible to nominate.
The order of entry is by the fastest run times over the Ipswich 520m between April 16, 2021, and April 8, 2022.

Ipswich Auction Series
Racing Queensland advises that the Ipswich Auction Series will remain a three-week series so that the final can be held on April 16, 2022, on the same night as the Ipswich 40th Anniversary Trophy.
There will be two semi-finals of the Auction Series on April 9, 2022.
Due to the low number of nominations for the Auction Series, Racing Queensland will allow the reserves in the semi-finals to nominate for the Auction Consolation. They will be included in Consolation after greyhounds which competed in the semi-finals and will be ranked on their times in the heats on April 2, 2022.
