RACE TWO

MI FURIOSO TORO (7) will move to outside the 2^nd line after a starting error has him placed under an ODM embargo from Wed night. Galloping as the mobile pulled away and ending his chances as a red figure favourite, his effort at Marburg the start prior was solid, and he can bounce back.

HOLDINGNO CURRENCY (4) was beaten by gate 6 last start when snagging back to find position and soon settled at the rear of the pack. Placed his previous two in succession when hitting the line strongly over the concluding stages, he can find position to make a challenge in this.

SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT (9) could not go with them last start at Marburg when the speed went on over the 2200m. Grabbing 3^rd at the same track the start prior, he can get the trail through to feature.

MY ULTIMATE CLIPPA (1) made an error last start from inside the second line to end his chances. A handy 3^rd two starts back when sticking to the inside, the peg run will help his chances.

RACE THREE

CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (7) has not had a great deal of luck this season with some tough draws and factors conspiring against her. The effort two starts back over the 2040m had merit when wide off the track and with the chance for the cosy trip behind the speed, she can pinch this.

GOSLING IN FLIGHT (1) claimed victory here four starts back when hemmed away in the early stages before charging home to take the prize. A beaten fav last start when sitting parked and finishing 2m in arrears of the winner, he has all the options here to challenge.

JACKBKWIK (8) completed a hat-trick of Marburg victories last start when taking control from gate 1 and from the front was never headed. With the right trip he is right in the fight here.

MISSINMEMATE (5) has some ordinary numbers next to his name, but that is largely due to his manners failing. Banished to the trials last start, this is a type of race where he can gain redemption.

RACE FOUR

HY VOLTAGE (6) has the outside gate owing to his own manners after making an error two starts back. Firing out from gate 5 last start to lead them up before fading from the early burn, he should appreciate the conditions here in search of his first win in Qld.

BEEF CITY BLAZE (2) has faced the starter at Marburg at his past three starts, the latest on Friday. Runner-up three starts back when making a closing play behind LORIMER LADY to be just 1m in arrears, he was hemmed away and never got a crack at his next start. The smaller field suits.

PARAMA (1) has had just the one start in Qld when buried in the pack and never warming up as CALL ME KEITH claimed a dominant victory. He will improve off whatever he achieves here.

RACE FIVE

NEVAEVABEND (7) will be relying on some factors in her favour and getting to the passing lane with momentum. Following a good beginner, she will be hoping that she finds space in time Grabbing 3^rd at Marburg last start after being locked away, she will be ready to strike.

SUNDOWNER SHANNON (8) could not muster the speed to lead last start and faced the pocket trail thereafter when finishing midfield. A tough 2^nd here four starts back, he finds the right conditions to gain the trip and throw down a closing challenge.

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (5) will go around at the Toowoomba Show on Sunday night before backing up here. Placed in two of his past three starts, he can be making late inroads to chime in.

PATCHWORK JET (6) was sent forward from gate 5 to sit parked last start but after the tough trip faded over the closing stages. Despite the tough gate, if he can limit the work, he is in the mix.

RACE SIX

ILLAWONG DREAMTIME (5) looked to have every chance for a breakthrough here two starts back and after an easy time in front was unable to see it out. Midfield from the pocket trail last start, he faces a tough gate, but this looks to get his opportunity to capitalise.

GRETELS GIRL (1) showed the benefits that leading in her races provides when setting the speed here two starts back and holding on for the silver behind GABBYS IDEAL. Chasing from the second line last start, she has the gate to look to fight them off.

ROLLONX (8) fired off the arm to take control last start before opting for cover when it presented. Finding space and pulling clear for a smart win with 10m to spare, he can be looking to chime in.

LAZY BLAZE (7) eased from gate 5 last start and was back in the pack when closing out in nice order to be 6m in arrears of the winner. With the economical trip, he will be ready to take a shot.

RACE SEVEN

NAUGHTYINHEAVEN (1) was sent out as the favourite last start from gate 1 and after a 65.6 opening half was unable to see it out. A passing lane 3^rd the start prior, she comes up with the gate to look for an all the way victory.

ALWAYS AT NIGHT (4) is another on the Toowoomba Show back up with his last start back in February a disappointing effort when fading from the pocket trail. Runner-up over the sprint trip two starts back, he can be sharper here.

PRIVATE JUJON (6) had been racing in nice touch leading up to his last appearance back in early February. Not far from the winner on that occasion, he won two of his previous three and has podium claims from the tough gate.

WILLSINTOWN (7) should secure the easy trip here and despite claiming just one win in the past 18 months, he might just find the conditions to add another to that list.

RACE EIGHT

FORTYFIVE ROCK (1) lands his best gate for some time and with the speed to hold the front lands his best opportunity to open his 2022 account. Fading last start, his run two back was a tidy effort from gate 4 and just ran out of steam in the closing stages. This looks ripe for the picking.

CIRCLE LINE (3) added another minor to the tally last start when finding the front before taking cover and then getting within a half-neck of the winner up the passing lane. Not suited the start prior at Marburg, he can be close enough to the action to challenge.

TACTFILLY MIRACLE (6) is given no favours from the wide gate, but she has been consistently hitting the board this season with a top-three in 9 of her 12 appearances. From the gate she can add another.

ELLA UNDER FIRE (4) eased into the 1x1 trail from this gate last start and was close-up behind the winner BARBOO. Forced to graft it out when parked the start prior, she is a podium chance.
