TORFINO MIST (1) has hit the board in all 3 starts since arriving in Qld, the latest when breaking through for victory over the long trip at Redcliff from a front line tape. Beaten a head here when 1^st up over this same trip from the mobile, she has the perfect gate to get the trip to challenge.

JEDDY R YA READY (6) stepped cleanly here on Sat night before taking cover over the long trip and was soon buried in the run. Chiming in to grab the bronze when within 1.5m of the winner, he can be thereabouts again here.

MUSCULUS (5) will take benefit from his latest appearance when returning from a spell where he made an error in transit. Runner-up in the Trotters Cup 2 starts back, he will be right in the fight.

RACE FOUR

MISTER FINNIGAN (9) gives away a gate advantage to some of the main rivals here yet should still be able to find the right position to slot in. THE HUMMER (10) franked a tough 2^nd up run when only beaten a head with victory last start. Grinding it out in the breeze over the 1780m at Redcliffe when a narrow 2^nd to AMILLION PROMISES, he finished best last start from the 2^nd line. The gate stings again but he can look to throw it down.

REMEMBER ME NOW (3) made an early error on Friday night at Redcliffe that ended his chances. Tough in the breeze the start prior when a half-neck from the winner MACH LE MORE, he can atone.

MAJOR MUCHA (5) took on a qualifier on Sat night over the mile when doing some work in securing position from gate 6. A sound effort the start prior from gate 9, he can be chiming in late here.

OUR BALOU (9) will strip fitter from his latest start when returning from a spell without the benefit of a public trial to prepare. Settling behind the leader from inside the 2^nd line, he made the closing shot a winner when landing the loot up the passing lane. With some tempo in front, he can arrive again.

SOHO TSUNAMI (2) returns from a spell after finishing runner-up at his last appearance when grabbed in the closing strides by JIVE. Beaten by a wide gate the start prior when trying to secure position, he has been close up behind some handy types. With the gate he will be clinging on here.

ROCKS OR DIAMONDS (1) finally broke through for his 1^st victory at The Creek last start when leading throughout from gate 4. Runner-up his previous 2 starts, he has options here to chime in.

MAN OF ACTION (8) will take benefit from his 1^st Aus start here last time out when the cost of leading proved too expensive in a sub 27 opening panel. Fighting hard when only nabbed right on the wire, he will be probing for openings here.

JONAH JONES (9) snagged back from gate 4 to find position last start at Redcliffe and was soon 3 back in the pegs in the small 6 horse field. Sticking to the inside, he grabbed the silver behind the easy winner HURRICANE ROY when closing in nice splits. Not far from OUR UNCLE SAM the start prior, he can challenge.

ROYAL LINCOLN (2) eased from gate 6 to find position last start when closing strongly to be 7m in arrears of the winner BUMPER. The improved gate is a big plus here after landing gate 6 in 3 runs back from a spell and he can throw in a bid.

TOMMY UNDER FIRE (8) settled in the running line from gate 3 last start and with a clearer passage may have finished closer than the 14m margin. Grabbed late by the smart GAME SET MAJOR 2 starts back, he will get the soft trip here and be ready to strike.

PACIFIC DRUMS (8) returns from a let-up after a sub-par return last time out where he found the front before hoisting the white flag a long way from home. With a veterinary issue identified out of that run, he has been taken over by trainer Brendan Barnes and with the cosy trip can be probing.

ITZ MY GENERATION (10) has missed the money just once in 9 starts since joining Team Graham and lines up here after completing a hat-trick of victories on Sat night. Never in danger once in control, he claimed a win over the 2138m. The gate stings but he is going too well to discount.
