Race 1 –SKY RACING MAIDEN H| GRADE M | 395 M
OPAL BEACH was best to begin with TEJAY’S PRIDE slow. In the 1st turn STEWY’S MAGIC and LIGHT THE BARBIE collided. In the back straight STEWY’S MAGIC clipped heels resulting in FAST JUDGEMENT to be checked. Leaving the back straight FAST JUDGEMENT and TEJAY’S PRIDE collided.
Race 2 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MAIDEN | GRADE M | 395 M
SUMMER’S PICK was best to begin. In the 1st turn all greyhounds expect SUMMER’S PICK and ISN’T SHE JUST collided and lost ground at differing degrees. In the back straight RUSTY TRICK and FLASH MUMMA collided causing both greyhounds to lose ground .Leaving the back straight RILEY ROO was tight for racing and lost ground.
Race 3 – MARBURG HOTEL GRADE NOV | 395 M
Even start with SHANAE WHO slow. In the 1st turn SELECT TRICK, EMMAVILLE BELLA, TAM’S GIRL and STAR STORY raced tight. In the back straight HOPE SAID and HARA’S SHADOW raised wide. Approaching the turn into the front straight HARA’S SHADOW clipped heels, shifting out and checked HOPE SAID causing HOPE SAID to fall and give no further competitive part, HARA’S SHADOW lost significant ground.
HOPE SAID underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.
Race 4 – EXPAT LODGE BOARDING KENNELS | GRADE NOV | 395 M
RINGBARK ACE best to begin with BECKONING CANDLE marginally slow. In the 1st turn LAUGHING GEAR and HARA’S SURF bumped. Leaving the 1st turn LAUGING GEAR and BECKONING CANDLE bumped. Approaching the turn into the front straight LAUGHING GEAR clipped heels colliding with HARA’S SURF causing BECKONING CANDLE to be checked and all greyhounds to lose ground.
BECKONING CANDLE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.
Race 5 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD 5TH GRADE H | GRADE 5 | 395 M
TOP SCORE was best to begin. Shortly after the start LUCK’S GONE and LION’S BLUE bumped. Rounding the turn into the front straight TOOK A RHYNO clipped heels.
Race 6 – GARRAD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE H | GRADE 5 | 395 M
Even start with YOUI marginally slow. In the 1st turn YO YO LASS and GYPSY WILD collided. Into the back straight TOOK A SELFIE got on the hind quarters of GYPSY WILD causing both greyhounds to lose significant ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight ODESSA, YOUI and TIGHT CIRCLE bumped on numerous occasions.
GYPSY WILD underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.
Race 7 – FABREGAS @ STUD 5TH GRADE H | GRADE 5 | 395 M
Even start with TOOK A FERGUS marginally slow. Shortly after the start ANNIE SAID and BLUE LEMONDADE bumped. In the 1st turn BLUE LEMONDADE, DOLLAR AND CENT and TAYLOR MAID raced tight and all lost ground. Entering the front straight ANNIE SAID and BLUE LEMONDADE collided causing BLUE LEMONADE to lose ground.
Race 8 – BOX1PHOTOGRAPHY.COM 5th GRADE H | GRADE 5 | 395 M
Even start with TRAV SAID and REGAL REPORT slow. In the 1st turn HAY HONEY, RAPID BLAZE, TOOKA TRIP and NAN’S MAGIC race tight. Leaving the back straight TRAV SAID got onto the hind quarters off SWEET KAOS causing both the dogs to shift out and lose ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight REGAL REPORT, SWEET KAOS an RAPID BLAZE collided. In the front straight SWEET KAOS and HAY HONEY collided. Approaching the finishing line HAY HONEY and TOOKA TRIP collided.
Race 9 – GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM | GRADE 5 | 520 M
SASSY OAKS was best to begin with CLICK COWAN slow. Shortly after the start NILLY NELLY’s muzzle was dislodged. In the 1st turn BUTTERLY IS SHE clipped heels. Leaving the back straight ELUSIVE STAR clipped heels.
Race 10 – CAPALABA ON SKY RACING | GRADE BT8 | 395 M
SO CRAZY was best to begin with COSMO BILL slow. In the 1st turn FARMOR HEAT and ZENYATTA MISS collided. Approaching the turn into the front straight BLACK PAWS and SO CRAZY bumped. In the front straight FARMOR HEAT and COSMO BILL collided.
Race 11 – THE MANLY HOTEL | GRADE 4 | 395 M
Even start with TEJAY’S MAGIC marginally slow. In the 1st turn BIG TRIGGER and ANNIE’S MAGIC collided. In the back straight KINGSBRAE HARLEY shifted out checking LET’S GO FABIO and JIMMY STINTSON causing all greyhounds to lose ground. Entering the front straight JIMMY STINTSON and ANNIE’S MAGIC collided.
Race 12 – ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB | GRADE 4/5 | 331 M
CINDY WHO was best to begin. In the back straight LUCKMAN and INDIAN RUBY race tight, at the same time BE FEARLESS, EBONY SANDS, KIM OSTI and POPPYCOCK collided causing BE FEARLESS to fall and have no further competitive part and KIM OSTI lost significant ground.
BE FEARLESS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.
