Race 1 – Sky Racing | NOV | 520m

Isnt She Special was best to begin. Shortly after the start, Chief Fernando clipped heels. Approaching the first turn, Stevick got on to the hindquarters of Chief Fernando causing both greyhounds to lose ground. In the first turn, Call Me Roxanne and Chief Fernando collided, causing Chief Fernando to lose considerable ground. In the front straight, Isnt She Special and Valentino Fox raced tight.

Chief Fernando - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to its back and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

Midnight Liaison - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near side hip and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 2 – Asset Body Corporate Bribie Island | 5 | 600m

Amber Marie was best to begin. Entering the front straight on the first occasion, Caribbean Red and Kulu Hipster bumped. Rounding the turn into the back straight, Kulu Hipster and Alonso Mornay bumped. Leaving the back straight, Kulu Ozzie and Seductive Smile collided.

Race 3 – Thirty Talks @ Stud | 5 | 520m

SPIRIT RIVER was best to begin with FINAL VERDICT and NOAKI QUEEN slow. Approaching the first turn KIMM’S CHOICE and SHE’S A SORT bumped, at the same time STEALTH KARMA, HUNTER KINGSBRAE and FINAL VERDICT were tightened for racing room. In the first turn FINAL VERDICT and NOAKI QUEEN bumped causing RINGBARK ROSE to be checked. Entering the back straight RINGBARK ROSE got on the hind quarters of NOAKI QUEEN causing both greyhounds to be hampered. Rounding the turn out of the back straight HUNTER KINGSBRAE clipped the heels of SPIRIT RIVER. In the front straight STEALTH KARMAR turned its head inwards making muzzle contact with HUNTER KINGSBRAE.

Stealth Karmar - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near fibula and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

STEALTH KARMAR – was charged under R69 MARRING 1st offence, 1 Stewards trial and 28 days

Race 4 – Box 1 Photography | M5 | 520m

Magic Hornet was best to begin, with Regal Cyndie and Belvedere Babe marginally slow. Approaching the first turn, And You Are was tight for racing room and hampered. Entering the back straight, Alpha Chaos clipped the heels of Friendz causing both greyhounds to lose ground. In the back straight, Regal Cyndie and Soft Sand collided. Leaving the back straight, Friendz and Magic Hornet collided, resulting in Friendz to lose ground. Leaving the turn out of the back straight, Alpha Chaos and Friendz collided, causing both greyhounds to lose ground.

Race 5 – Marburg Hotel | 5 | 710m

Brittany Talks was best to begin, with Sorrento marginally slow. Rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion, Times A Bonus and SORRENTO collided, at the same time Rocky Spies clipped heels and lost ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight, Agent’s Choice and Brittany Talks raced tight and were both hampered.

Race 6 – Race name | Grade | Distance

PEAT GLEDHILL best to begin. Approaching the first turn BRANDI ALEXANDER shifted out checking INDIVIDUAL RICHY causing both greyhounds to lose ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight INDIVIDUAL RICHY clipped heels. Rounding the turn into the front straight RICHMOND ROAD clipped heels and was hampered.

Race 7 – Greyhound Adoption Program | 5 | 520m

Miss Amelia was best to begin with Alpha Ulysses marginally slow. Shortly after the start, Wazza Who and BILLY BOY raced tight. Approaching the first turn, Empire State, Dolcetto Hayze, Wazza Who, Billy Boy, and Alpha Ulysses raced tight, causing Empire State to hit the running rail and all other greyhounds to lose ground to differing degrees. Rounding the turn into the back straight, Miss Amelia commenced to give ground in open running. Entering the back straight, Empire State shifted out, checking Billy Boy, causing Billy Boy to fall and give no further competitive part in the race.

Billy Boy - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Miss Amelia - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

Empire State - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 8 – Peter Ruetschi Memorial Trophy | BT8 | 520m

Adhara Steel, Codrington Kid, and Regal Topaz were best to begin. Shortly after the start, Slick was tight for racing room and lost ground. Leaving the first turn, Hay Billy shifted out, checking Shot Clock causing both greyhounds to be hampered. In the front straight, SHOT CLOCK and CODRINGTON KID bumped.

Race 9 – Fabregas @ Meticulous Lodge | M5 | 520m

Annie’s Magic was best to begin. Leaving the first turn, Quite Sincere shifted out, checking Smart Marlow, Paua To Launch and Son of Betty, causing all greyhounds to lose ground. Entering the front straight, Bella Cette and Brindi Chopper bumped. In the front straight, Brindi Chopper was tight for racing room and lost ground.

Brindi Chopper - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 10 – Zillmere Sports | 5 | 520m

Zenyatta Miss was best to begin, with HARA’S DAZZA marginally slow. In the first turn, POLLY’S GIFT shifted out, checking GYPSY WILD and GLENREAGH SKUD, causing all greyhounds to be hampered. Entering the back straight, GYPSY WILD and RATAJKOWSKI bumped. Leaving the back straight, DUSTY DELIGHT clipped heels.

POLLY’S GIFT - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.
