Hampered approaching the turn into the front straight. 4 Fancy That Gold – Tightened for racing room and checked shortly after the strart. 7 Jake's Girl – Hampered leaving the first turn. Significantly inconvenienced by another runner approaching the turn into the back straight.

Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. 7 Codrington Spark – Checked approaching the first turn. Hampered then checked leaving the turn out of the back straight.
