Race 1 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN 331m
1 Yogi's Shadow – tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start.
2 King Tang – tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the home straight and lost ground.
3 Socks Sure Can – bumped with Spice Eruption on several occasions when rounding the turn into the home straight.
6 Alpha Ruler – slow to begin. Checked off heels shortly after the start.
7 Spice Eruption – bumped with Socks Sure Can on several occasions when rounding the turn into the home straight.
8 My Cruel Gal – slow to begin.
Race 2 - MOTORHUB MAIDEN 520m
1 Erin Albury – bumped when rounding the turn out of the back straight and lost ground.
2 Tessie Desilver – checked off heels through the turn to the home straight and lost ground. Bumped and lost ground when rounding the turn into the home straight.
4 Happy Hornet – bumped when rounding the turn out of the back straight and lost ground.
5 Master Act – permitted a weight variance of +1.1kg under the provision of R39(2). Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground.
8 Frankie's Gem – slow to begin. Bumped when rounding the turn out of the back straight and lost ground. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground.
Race 3 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MIXED 4/5 395m
1 Astra Zanti – slow to begin.
3 Ear Piercing – tightened for room then shifted outwards on the first turn and collided with Birkdale Barista, resulting in Ear Piercing to be severely checked, fall, and take no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.

Race 4 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MA5 395m
1 Titan It Up – slow to begin.
3 Lady Surprise – took an awkward stride when leaving the back straight and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to the offside hip and the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
6 Izy Gold – checked out off heels when rounding the turn into the home straight.
8 Shian Rusty – steadied off the heels of Lady Surprise, which was losing ground when leaving the back straight, resulting in Shian Rusty to be momentarily hampered and lost ground.
Race 5 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY NOVICE 520m
1 Annie Rocks - checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight.
2 Bullaroo Flash - checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight.
3 Rocky Ned – slow to begin.
4 Hostile Heart – tightened for room and momentarily hampered when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
6 Werina By Chance - checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight.
7 General Rose - slow to begin. Checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight.
Race 6 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD R5 (1) 600m
3 Fireball Sam – bumped and checked with Love Game when rounding the turn into the front straight.
4 Junior Jet – marginally slow to begin. bumped on the heels by Love Game when rounding the turn into the back straight, was checked, and lost considerable ground before retiring from the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a fracture to the offside hock and the greyhound was stood down for 12 weeks. The on-course veterinarian provided Junior Jet with pain relief and stabilised the injured leg. Trainer Ray Burman advised the greyhound would be transported to a veterinary clinic for further assessment with the intention to utilise the Racing Queensland Race Meeting Injury Scheme. Stewards will follow up in the coming days.
5 Pump It – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground through the turn shortly after the start.
6 Broich – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when rounding the turn into the front straight.
8 Love Game – marginally slow to begin. Bumped and checked with Fireball Sam when rounding the turn into the front straight. Clipped the heels of Junior Jet when rounding the turn into the back straight.
Race 7 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE R5 (2) 600m
2 Bear Zar – marginally slow to begin. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight. Bumped and momentarily hampered when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
5 Federal Desire – bumped, checked, and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
6 Flying Yuna – bumped and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight. Tightened for room and momentarily hampered when rounding the turn into the home straight.
8 Cheeky Nando - tightened for room and momentarily hampered when rounding the turn into the home straight.
9 Mostro Rocks – bumped, checked, and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
Race 8 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 520m
2 Tequila Talking – improved onto the heels of Silent Talk when rounding the turn into the back straight, resulting in Tequila Talking to check and lose ground. Bumped with Sassy Gossip through the home straight.
3 Silent Talk – clipped on the heels by Tequila Talking when rounding the turn into the back straight, resulting in Silent Talk to check and lose ground. Bumped with Kiss And Spin when rounding the turn into the home straight.
4 Kiss And Spin – bumped and momentarily hampered in the front straight. Bumped with Silent Talk when rounding the turn into the home straight.
