8 Tuta Edge In the home straight Tuta Edge turned its head inwards towards another runner, shortly after shifted in making muzzle contact with another runner over the final stages of the race. Stewards spoke to trainers representative J Cauchi regarding the greyhounds racing matters in the home straight. after viewing the video footage acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Tuta Edge was suspended from racing for 28 days at albion park and must perform a satisfactory trial prior to racing next. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the off side hip 7 days to be served prior to trial or racing.

9 Alpha Cash (5) Was marred by Tuta Edge over the final stages of the race.

5 Renae Rose At the conclusion of the event whilst pulling up near the follow-on lure, Renae Rose was knocked over by another runner and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near side hind tendon and was stood down from racing for 10 days.
