Other Comments / Explanations: The running of race 7 was delayed due to a malfunction with the starting boxes in which they failed to open. All greyhounds were inspected by the veterinary surgeon and passed fit to run.
Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN (1) 460m 1 Begetter Checked at the first turn. 2 Rose Girl Checked at the first turn. 6 Fancy Eyes Became unbalanced and stumbled shortly after the start and took no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering from a near side pin injury and stood down for 14 days. 8 Kintale Severely checked at the turn after the home straight. Race 2 – CRAFT RENTAL & HARDWARE MAIDEN (2) 460m 1 Hear The Breeze Turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the event. Was charged under rule 52 in which it must perform one satisfactory trial. 4 Our Silly Tilly Checked at the first turn. Ran wide in the straight. 5 Scruples Best to begin.
Race 3 – TERRY SIGNS MA5 460m 1 Eye Hate Cake Checked off heels shortly after the start. 6 Whippy Midget Bumped with another runner at the first turn. Checked in the back straight. 8 Sheza Dryva Bumped with another runner at the first turn. Race 4 – ACE FABRICATIONS NOVICE (1) 460m 3 White Swirl Slow to begin 4 Nanny's Girl Checked off heels approaching the home straight. 6 Ollie's Lad Checked at the first turn. 8 Swift Pash Checked off heels at the turn after back straight. Race 5 – CLM ACCOUNTANTS NOVICE (2) 460m 2 Cooked Checked at the first turn. Bumped another runner in the home straight. 3 Eye Like Cake Checked at the first turn. Bumped another runner in the home straight. 6 Lightning Flash Checked at the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering from a near side shoulder injury and stood down for 5 days. 7 We Love Roxy Checked at the first turn. 8 Over The Hill Checked at the first turn.
