Race 1 – JEFFREY DOWN BOOKMAKER MIXED M/5 – 410M

 

Even start with KING GUTHO and DON’T BABYLON slow to begin.

 

WESTMEAD WARRIOR was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.

 

RAISE YOUR GLASS checked off SCOTT HOOKED and lost ground entering the back straight.

 

DON’T BABYLON raced wide in the front straight.

 

Race 2 – FISHERY FALLS HOTEL 5TH GRADE (1) – 410M

 

KY KENNETH was the best to begin.

 

BANJO AN’ HENRY improved on to the heels of JOFFA’S MATE on the turn out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

 

SURE MOMENT raced wide in the front straight.

 

KY KENNETH underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

POPPA’S PICK was the best to begin.  JACK ADDI and BIRR were slow to begin.

 

POPPA’S PICK lost ground on the turn into the front straight and continued to lose ground to the finish.  A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent injuries.

 

Race 4 – JEFF PEZZUTTI MIXED 3/4TH GRADE – 410M

 

Even start.

 

NO NOT ME was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.

 

NO NOT ME checked off LIBBY’S HERO and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.

 

Race 5 – MAX STOCKS FROZEN FOODS MIXED 1/2ND GRADE – 410M

 

Even start with BURNER BANT slow to begin

 

BURNER BANT checked off the heels of KARMA’S COMING on the turn into the back straight.

 

SHARHELIAN STAR and HANNAH JAY JAY bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground

 

HARA’S FLYER was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the front straight.
