Race 1 - GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM | MAIDEN GRADE | 431M

Big Man Rusty was best to begin with Deejay Ross and Jimary Viper marginally slow. Shortly after the start Deejay Ross and Jimary Viper bumped. In the first turn all greyhounds accept Kinslee collided and lost ground to deferring degrees. In the back straight Cunnamulla Fella clipped heels causing Jimary Viper to be checked and lose ground. Leaving the top turn Sneaky Option eased and commenced to give ground in opening running,causing Jimary Viper to shift out and check Deejay Ross. Rounding the turn in the front straight Deejay Ross and Jimary Viper collided causing both greyhounds to lose ground.

Deejay Ross - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Jimary Viper - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Sneaky Option - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the N/S hip and was stood down for a period of 14 days.Sneaky Option – was charged under R69(b) FAILING TO PURSUE WITH INJURY 14 days and 1 stewards trial.

Race 2 –SKY RACING | MADIEN GRADE | 520M

Queen Tina was best to begin with Bad Credit marginally slow. Shortly after the start Natural Blue clipped heels. Approaching the first turn Waltzing Danube and Queen Tina bump. In the front and back straight Spur On raced wide.

Race 3 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM Maiden F | MAIDEN GRADE | 520M

Saphoni was best to begin with Mac Brothers and Pearl Za Diamond marginally slow. Shortly after the start Mac Brothers clipped the heels of Pearl Za Diamond causing both greyhounds to be hampered. Approaching the first turn Jeffreys Bay clipped heels, at the same time Chicko’s Charm and Pearl Za Diamond collided causing Pearl Za Diamond to race wide. In the first turn Chicko’s Charm and Mac Brothers collided. In the top turn Jeffreys Bay and Pearl Za Diamond collided causing Pearl Za Diamond to lose ground.

Race 4 – DOVER & SONS | NOVICE GRADE | 431M

Zabdon Houdini and Fake News were best to begin with Call Me Candy marginally slow. Shortly after the start Gotcha Scootin and Werina Rocket bumped. In the first turn Outback Devotion and Gotcha Scootin collided resulting in Werina Rocket, Fake News and Call Me Candy to be checked. In the top turn Celtic Fear and Gotcha Scootin collided causing both greyhounds to be hampered, at the same time Fake News and Call Me Candy collided causing both greyhounds to lose ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight Werina Rocket and Gotcha Scootin collided causing both greyhounds to be hampered.

Gotcha Scootin - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 5 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM | P5 GRADE | 520M

Chance Me Bro was best to begin with Rosdue Gypsy and Galway Panther marginally slow. Shortly after the start Galway Panther clipped heels, at the same time Lilly Pilly Lass was tightened for racing room and hampered. Approaching the first turn Passing Nova and Five Gallon Hat bumped. In the first turn Lilly Pilly Lass and Rosdue Gypsy collided. In the back straight Rosdue Gypsy shifted in colliding with Passing Nova causing Passing Nova to fall and take no further competitive part in the race. Entering the front straight Five Gallon Hat clipped heels and was hampered. In the front straight Quintus Maximus dropped back for no apparent reason.

Passing Nova - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found however was given 5 days as a precautionary measure.

Quintus Maximus - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the Near side hip and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 6 – JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS | 4 /5 GRADE | 431M

Even start. Shortly after the start Pyro Bob, Hoot, Rockford, Blue Lemonade and Samuri Pizzacat all raced tight causing Samuri Pizzacat and Rockford to lose ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight Pyro Bob and Rockford collided causing Pyro Bob to lose ground. Approaching the top turn Sail Surfer clipped heels. Rounding the turn into the front straight Rockford and Samuri Pizzacat collided resulting in Blue Lemonade to be checked causing all greyhounds to lose ground.

Rockford - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Pyro Bob - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the Near side hind, dislocated toe and was stood down for a period of 21 days.

Race 7 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM| BT8 GRADE | 431M

Maywyn Promises was best to begin. In the first turn Miss Fernando, Proper Gent, Aza Zeus and Regal Waz collided causing all greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees. Entering the back straight Aza Zeus shifted in causing Miss Fernando to collided with the running rail and lose ground. In the back straight Proper Gent raced wide. In the front straight Maywyn Promises and Proper Gent raced wide.

Miss Fernando - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 8 – GJ WALSH & CO 5th Grade F | 5 GRADE | 520M

Haigslea Flyer was best to begin. Shortly after start Danyo’s Lozza and Reapeat Set bumped. In the first turn Galway Ludwig and Rosdue Kirra bumped. Entering the back straight Galway Ludwig clipped heels and was hampered.

Miss Grasscutter was best to begin with Watkins Glen and Too Many Bills marginally slow. In the first turn Topaz Tan and Lanark Blue bumped, at the same time Watkins Glen shifted out checking Too Many Bills and Dodgy Ethan.

Topaz Tan - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the offside pin and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Ten Gallon Hat - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the N/S pin and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Race 10 – OWNER OF YEAR 2007-BUTIBAM PTN | 5 GRADE | 431M

Facelona Fenix was best to begin with Jay Bay and Spring Colleen marginally slow. In the first turn Impatient Kid, Gallon and Spring Colleen were tightened for racing room. At the same time Jay Bay and Maywyn Cash bumped. Leaving the first turn Gallon clipped heels causing Jay Bay to be checked. In the top turn Maywyn Cash shifted in checking Spring Colleen and Impatient Kid.
