General: Trainer David Plummer advised Stewards that the Greyhound Brae Bear which was injured at Albion Park on Wednesday the 6^th January was diagnosed to have sustained fractures to its hock, it underwent successful surgery and is recovering well. It is his intention to retire the Greyhound from racing and to be rehomed as a family pet.

4 Jackie's Revenge - checked shortly after the start. Checked across heels in the back straight. Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. Checked and raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight.

5 Patricia's Lass - checked shortly after the start. Checked through the first turn. Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight.

6 Ebony Keys - checked through the first turn. Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight.

8 Blue Bay – slow to begin. Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. Checked and raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight.

3 Miss Kenny – checked in the front straight on the first occasion.

4 Doc Smeethy - checked shortly after the start. Had its off hind leg contacted by another runner and was checked approaching the turn into the back straight.

5 He's Nosey - checked shortly after the start.

6 Diversion – severely checked shortly after the start. Become awkward leaving the front straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries.

7 Werina By Chance – contacted another runner approaching the turn into the back straight.

Race 3 - Bodhi Ink 0-3 Wins 3 630m

2 Viva Belle – momentarily hampered entering the front straight.

5 Minter Sparkle – checked rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion.

8 Night Shift - checked shortly after the start.

9 (Box 3) Big Bash Army - checked rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion.

Race 4 - Garrard's Horse & Hound 5th Grade Heat 1 Grade 5 2 520m

1 Bonita Flame - checked leaving the back straight. Shifted out entering the front straight.

2 Faith In Norris – checked across heels shortly after the start. Bumped another runner approaching the turn into the back straight.

3 Dream A Lot – checked across heels and shifted wide rounding the turn out of the front straight.

4 Spring Paris – shifted out shortly after the start. Checked leaving the back straight. Shifted out entering the front straight.

7 Lil Bit Foxy – checked rounding the turn out of the front straight.

8 Call Me Gibbs - checked shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner approaching the turn into the back straight.

7 Farmor Budweiser - checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. Collided with another runner approaching the turn into the front straight.

9 (Box 2) On And Off – checked and fell approaching the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries.

3 Chance - checked shortly after the start.

4 Mitchell John – checked approaching the turn into the back straight.

5 Spring Evie - checked shortly after the start.

6 Thunder Road - checked shortly after the start.

7 Crown Ella - checked shortly after the start. Checked approaching the turn into the back straight.

Race 8 - Corporate Dollars Challenge Final Grade 5 2 520m

3 Ninetymile King – slow to begin. Checked leaving the front straight. Checked and raced wide approaching the turn into the back straight.

5 Crimson War – collided with another runner approaching the turn into the back straight. Checked leaving the back straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its near side hip and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

8 Coast Guard - collided with another runner approaching the turn into the back straight.

Race 9 - Chase Newspaper Grade 5 (1) 2 431m

3 Golden Crest – checked through the first turn.

4 In A Sling - checked through the first turn. Raced wide in the back straight and again in the front straight.

5 Black Magic Mojo - checked through the first turn.

6 Buck Or Two – checked and fell through the first turn. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed it to be dehydrated and was stood down from racing for 5 days.

7 Dynamite Travis - checked through the first turn.

8 Planetary Pup - checked through the first turn.

Race 10 - White Rose Boarding Kennels Grade 5 (2) 2 431m

3 Diamond Tina - checked through the first turn.

4 Supreme Falcon - checked through the first turn.

5 Dianne's Boy – checked shortly after the start.

6 Spring Vader - checked shortly after the start.

8 Wicked Collision - checked through the first turn. Checked entering the back straight. Eased in the back straight and retired from the race. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries. Charged under Rule 69A “Failing To Persue” 2^nd offence, it was stood own from racing for 3 months and until it completes 1 satisfactory trial.
