Race 1 - TAB Maiden (1) 288m

 

2 King's Joy – Shortly after the start was tightened losing its position. Through the 1st turn suffered interference and was checked.

 

3 Rumbling Tess – Through the 1st turn contacted the running rail and lost momentum and ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

4 Better Together - Through the 1st turn suffered interference and was checked

 

6 Hot Minka – Into the 1st turn look awkward in its action and commenced to weaken. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its offside fore flexor tendon and was stood down from racing for 21 days. Trainer Rod Herr advised stewards that is would be his intentions to retire the bitch.

 

7 Tuta Fancy – Took the home turn wide.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 2 - Dover & Sons Maiden (2) 288m

 

1 Eat My Smoke – Rounding the home turn shifted out making muzzle contact with Black Patches. Stewards spoke to trainer Bradley Woods regarding the greyhound’s racing manners rounding the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Eat My Smoke was charged with marring 1st offence and suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a satisfactory trial before racing next.

 

3 Shoe's Lips – Approaching the 1st turn was tightened between runners losing its position.

 

4 Let's Go Dingo – Slow to begin.

 

5 Lady Meringue – Through the 1st turn checked across heels.

 

6 Vieux Port – Slow to begin.

 

7 Black Patches – Rounding the home turn was inconvenienced.

 

8 Desperado Lad - Rounding the home turn was bumped becoming unbalanced.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 3 - Ipswich Auction Sprint Series Heat 1 Open 431m

 

1 Auriga Rachel – Slow to begin.

 

7 Zoom Zoom Zoe – Slow to begin, leaving the 1st turn steadied from heels.

 

8 Sambuca Talks – Raced wide early and late stages.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 4 - Ipswich Auction Sprint Series Heat 2 Open 431m

 

1 Cool Hand Rose – Slow to begin, through the 1st turn checked across heels losing heels losing its momentum. In the back straight commenced to weaken. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its offside back muscle and was stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a trial prior to racing next.

 

2 Faster Than Hoot – Into the 1st turn checked across heels

 

3 High Suite – Slow to begin.

 

6 Little Byrnes – At the trainer’s request underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start.

 

7 Red Fire Ball – Slow to begin.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 5 - Ipswich Auction Sprint Series Heat 3 Open 431m

 

2 Auriga Lucille – Entering the back straight checked across heels losing its momentum.

 

4 Supersonic Mist – Shortly after the start was crowded losing its position

 

5 Frosty Flame – Slow to begin.

 

6 Silent Key ­– Approaching the 1st turn was bumped becoming unbalanced, in the backstraight became awkward when Diamond Tina shifted out. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

7 Just Amazed – Through the 1st turn was suffered interference and raced wide.

 

8 Go Romeo – Leaving the 1st turn was bumped becoming unbalanced.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 6 - Ipswich Auction Sprint Series Heat 4 Open 431m

 

1 Bag Of Pearls – Slow to begin, raced ride throughout.

 

3 Stay Warm Zac – Leaving the 1st turn was tightened for room and lost ground.

 

5 Ringbark Storm – Shortly after the start was tightened for room becoming momentarily unbalanced.

 

7 Captain Bizarre – Raced wide for the majority of the event.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 7 - Ipswich Auction Sprint Series Heat 5 Open 431m

 

3 Ebony's Reject – Began awkwardly and lost ground., through the 1st turn was tightened for room losing its position and ground.

 

5 Georgie Fire – Approaching the back turn took an awkward stride.

 

6 Black Magic Mojo – Leaving the 1st turn was tightened between runners

 

7 Master Act – Through the 1st turn was inconvenienced

1 Noaki Queen – In the back straight was tightened for room losing ground.

 

4 Ringbark Clancy – Into the 1st turn was hampered and lost ground, through the 1st turn improved onto heels becoming unbalanced.

 

5 Irinka Max – Through the 1st turn was inconvenienced and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its offside pin and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

6 Inga Bobby – Through the 1st turn was inconvenienced, into the back turn was tightened and severely checked losing considerable ground.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 9 - SKY Racing Mixed 4/5 288m

 

2 Cawbourne Imogen – Into the 1st turn was tightened losing its position, through the 1st turn was held up, tightened and checked across heels.

 

3 Alpha Eleni – Into the 1st turn was severely checked losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

6 Hello Newman – Raced wide for the majority of the event.

 

7 Pearl's Fly – Raced wide for the majority of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

2 Mary's Spring – Shortly after the start was tightened and checked losing its position.

 

3 Halina's Fantasy – Into the 1st turn checked when momentarily tightened.

 

6 Pretty Richie – Slow to begin, raced wide for the majority of the event.

 

8 Peeper Jones – Slow to begin, raced wide for the majority of the event.
