Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 431m

 

1 Mutton's Mates – Into the 1st turn shifted out bumping Magic Mindy and was checked losing ground as a result, rounding the home turn clipped heels becoming unbalanced and raced wide.

 

2 Magic Mindy – Into the 1st turn was bumped becoming unbalanced.

 

6 Don't Test Me – Slow to begin, leaving the 1st turn was improved onto heels, through the back turn checked across heels.

 

10 Rocky Who (4) – Slow to begin.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 431m

 

1 Fort Apache – Began awkwardly, into the 1st turn was severely checked across heels and inconvenienced losing ground. In the home straight turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with Majestic Level. Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Graham Hall regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. After the video footage and considering submissions from connections, acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Fort Apache was charged with marring 1st offence and suspended for 28 days at Ipswich and must perform a satisfactory trial before racing next.

 

5 Jackie's Revenge – Into the 1st turn suffered interference and lost considerable ground.

 

8 Majestic Level – Raced wide for the entire event, in the home straight was inconvenienced when marred by Fort Apache.

 

10 Spring Baron (3) – Slow to begin.

1 Gun's Son – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its offside hind leg and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

2 Mystery Duck – Through the 1st turn was crowded for room and fell taking no competitive part in the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

3 Allonsy To Paris – Into the 1st turn became unbalanced when bumped.

 

5 Why Catcher – Into the 1st turn when racing in restricted room was bumped becoming unbalanced, shortly after suffered interference and lost ground.

 

6 Fernando Blaze - Into the 1st turn when racing in restricted room was bumped becoming unbalanced, shortly after suffered interference and lost ground.

 

7 Galway Goddess – Slow to begin.

 

8 Silent Torpedo – Through the 1st turn was inconvenienced and checked losing ground, approaching the back turn was tightened losing its momentum.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS NOVICE (2) 431m

 

2 Hombre Duck – Approaching the back turn became momentarily unbalanced losing its momentum.

 

4 Pretty Richie – Slow to begin, through the 1st turn improved and checked of heels.

 

7 Malachi – Through the 1st turn was galloped on becoming momentarily unbalanced.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 5 - BEENLEIGH LEGAL MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 431m

 

2 Spring Lilli – Slow to begin.

 

4 Blazing Apollo – Into the 1st turn was tightened for room, into the back turn was checked losing ground. Rounding the home turn bumped with Hear The Bells.

 

5 Ouzo Boy – Slow to begin, in the early stages raced in restricted room.

 

6 Thunder Hill – Slow to begin.

 

8 Hear The Bells – Rounding the home turn was bumped with Blazing Apollo. Raced wide for the entire event.

2 Quinine – Slow to begin.

 

3 It Ain't Len – Into the 1st turn was hampered and unable to hold its position, in the back straight checked across heels.

 

4 Bye Clown Town – Into the 1st turn was crowded for room losing its position.

 

5 Zabdon Adesanya – Into the 1st turn was tightened for room and checked across heels. Approaching the back turn momentarily steadied from heels when a tight run closed. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its nearside hind leg and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 7 - BODHI INK TATTOO GALLERY MIXED 4/5 431m

 

1 Onyx Duck – Approaching the back turn improved onto heels losing its momentum.

 

2 Presley Power – Approaching the back turn improved onto heels losing its momentum and ground.

 

3 Aerobic Tank – Raced wide throughout the event.

 

6 Ear Piercing – Through the 1st turn was bumped becoming unbalanced, leaving the 1st turn collided with Bailey and lost its momentum.

 

7 Shaggy Rose – Slow to begin.

 

8 Ringbark Jen – Slow to begin.

 

9 Bailey (5) – Raced wide for majority of the event.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 8 - TAB 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 520m

 

2 Maywyn's Bombora – In the back straight was tightened losing ground.

 

3 Viva Belle – Into the 1st turn inconvenienced and forced wide, through the 1st turn was tightened for room losing momentum.

 

6 Rinadeena – Into the 1st turn was tightened for room and unable to improve.

 

10 Glitter Strip (7) – Slow to begin, into the 1st turn inconvenienced and forced wide

2 Little Turbo – Into the back turn was bumped losing momentum, rounding the home turn shifted out bumping Lektra Scooter.

 

4 Elusive Gift – Into the back turn was bumped losing momentum.

 

5 Lektra Scooter – Rounding the home turn was bumped by Little Turbo which shifted out.

 

7 Blazin' Bazza – Slow to begin.

 

 

 

 

 

Race 10 - ACCELL THERAPY 5PW 431m

 

1 Austria's Heidi – Through the 1st turn was bumped becoming unbalanced, leaving the 1st turn commenced to weaken appearing injured, a post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have injured its offside pin and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

 

3 Spring Motion – Into the 1st turn was severely checked and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

 

4 Cawbourne Fawny – Into the 1st turn was crowded for room and was checked losing ground as a result.

 

5 Spring Jasper – Slow to begin, into the 1st turn was tightened for room.

 

8 Burning Jim – Into the 1st turn was inconvenienced and taken wider.
