Race Reports

Race 1 –NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROADMAIDEN 407Metres

EAGLE BEACH was slow to begin.

RED BRIANNA and POLLY’S RAISIN bumped on two occasions after the start,

Shortly after leaving the back straight PREMIER BEACH was severely checked by VIGILANTE.

Coming around the home turn PREMIER BEACH shifted out abruptly across the back of RED BRIANNA.

PREMIER BEACH underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 2 –GARRARDS HORSE AND HOUNDMAIDEN 407Metres

MULLIGAN BEACH was extremely slow to begin.

KODA KEEPER raced wide throughout.

Race 3 –WENDY MULRY TRAVELNOVICE407Metres

VELOCITY PIPPA and RICHO’S MISS were both slow into stride.

Shortly after the start BET ON BETTY shifted out sharply and collided with heavily VELOCITY PIPPA.

WINSOME TARA checked off the back of RICHO’S MISS leaving the back straight.

WINSOME TARA underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 4 –TAB5^thGRADE 407Metres

URANA LAURIE was extremely slow to begin.

Shortly after the start BURNER BANT checked outwards across the back of CATER STREET and has collided heavily with URANA LAURIE causing both greyhounds to check and lose considerable ground.

BURNER BANT underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

URANA LAURIE underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering a sore neck and injured off hip.

Race 5 –DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL 5^thGRADE 407Metres

RIMBA SAMBIA, FAN THE FLAME and STILTED CHATTER were all slow to begin.

Leaving the back straight MYSTERIOUS ROSE was squeezed between FAN THE FLAME and RIMBA SAMBIA and as a result suffered a heavy fall and finished the race well back.

FAN THE FLAME was hampered by the incident and lost considerable ground.

MYSTERIOUS ROSE underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to suffering a sore neck.

Race 6 –DIPLOCK'S COLLISION AND REPAIR CENTRE 4^th&5^th  GRADE 407Metres

FARINGDON was the slowest to begin.

IRISH SPICE and DREAM BIGGER bumped shortly after the start.

Race 7 –THE JACKSON FAMILY4^thGRADE 407Metres

JOFFA’S MATE was slow into stride.

JOFFA’S MATE checked off the back of ALADDIN’S ANGEL in the back straight.

HIGHWAY GIRL commenced to lose ground after leaving the back straight.

LEXUS BANNER raced wide for the majority.

HIGHWAY GIRL underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to suffering from severe muscle cramps.

Race 8 –SANDAL WELDING BEST 8 407Metres

FLAMING MOE and DREAM AMORE were slow into stride.

GRACIOUS LADY and DREAM AMORE bumped in the back straight.

CHANDON HAWKE and FLAMING MOE bumped coming around the home turn.

GRACIOUS LADY and FLAMING MOE bumped entering the home straight.

Race 9 – DINKY DI WEB DESIGN FREE FOR ALL 510Metres

RED JAMIE was declared a late scratching at 9:04pm by stewards acting on veterinary advice when it was discovered there was blood in its urine.

Clean start.

ARE JAY LOCHIE and MASTER CARD bumped going around the first turn.

ARE JAY LOCHIE shifted wide on the first turn and raced wide for the remainder.

Race 10 –THE JACKSON FAMILY 5^th GRADE 407Metres

BOKARM LEO and QUICK FIRE GIRL were the slowest to begin.

KIMM’S CHOICE checked off the back of OUTLAW ANNIE in the back straight then raced wide for the remainder.

BOKARM LEO raced wide throughout.
