Race 1 - Newsxpress | Maiden | 407m Billy Boils – Slow to begin. Big Mouth – Slow to begin. Three Horn – Checked across leaving the home turn. Race 2 – Rocky Feed and Seed | Maiden | 407m Baloney Bender – Reared slightly out of the boxes. Tightened for racing room rounding the home turn and lost ground. Petrie Tail – Slow to begin. Pulled up shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to be sore in both groin muscles and was stood down from racing for 14 days. Rose Texada – Slow to begin. Checked and lost ground mid-way up the back straight when another greyhound crossed in front of ROSE TEXADA. Our Funhouse – Raced wide up the back straight. Race 3 – Wendy Mulry Travel | Novice | 407m Senorita Fiesta – Slow to begin. Red Brianna – Tightened for room rounding the first turn and lost ground. Socialiser – Bumped shortly after the start. Tightened for room rounding the first turn and lost ground. Music Maestro – Bumped shortly after the start. Tightened for room rounding the first turn and lost ground. Raced wide in the back straight. Koda Keeper – Hampered leaving the first turn. Oshkosh Petra – Tightened and lost ground in the early stages of the back straight. Checked from heels entering the home turn. Race 4 – Garrards Horse and Hound | 5th Grade | 407m Apollo’s Warrior – Bumped heavily shortly after the start. Checked to avoid another runner leaving the first turn. Ironpot Smash – Bumped shortly after the start. Checked across heels rounding the home turn. Destini Peso – Bumped and tightened leaving the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to be sore in the off side fore upper leg and near side hind upper leg and was stood down for a period of 14 days. Bet On Betty – Bumped leaving the first turn. Raced Boyz One – Bumped leaving the first turn. Race 5 – Dynamic Electrical | 4th & 5th Grade | 407m Zambora Caitlyn – Bumped rounding the first turn. Tightened and lost ground rounding the first turn. Merlot Hayze - Bumped rounding the first turn. Over Time - Bumped rounding the first turn. Tajo – Bumped rounding the first turn. Esoteric – Checked mid-way up the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. Race 6 – Diplock’s Collisions & Repair Centre | 3rd & 4th Grade | 407m That Houdini – Slow to begin. Magic Benz – Tightened and lost ground leaving the first turn. Raced wide up the back straight. Bumped heavily leaving the home turn and lost ground. Braxton Hayze – Checked from heels and shifted out leaving the first turn. Speed Action – Bumped and lost ground leaving the first turn. Adhara Bay – Bumped and lost ground leaving the first turn. Bumped heavily leaving the home turn. Race 7 – Patlaw Securities | Best 8 | 407m Copyist – Marginally slow to begin. Tightened and lost ground leaving the first turn. Dazzler’s Hanger – Marginally slow to begin. Deneholme Dasher – Steadied across heels in the later stages of the back straight. Held up for clear running from entering the home turn for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination Race 8 – The Chase Magazine | Free For All | 510m Dolcetto Hayze – Bumped shortly after the start. Shakey Diesel – Tightened shortly after the start.
