Race 1 – TAB ORIGIN AT ALBION PARK JUNE 6 MAIDEN 407Metres
Clean start Approaching the first turn BALONEY BENDER shifted in sharply severely checking OLLIE’S GIRL forcing that runner in to bump heavily with BILLY BOILS, resulting in OLLIE’S GIRL having a heavy fall and finishing the race well back. OLLIE’S GIRL was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured near shoulder and was subsequently stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. BILLY BOILS checked and lost ground as a result of the incident, then raced wide for the remainder.
Race 2 – QLD VS NSW ORIGIN JUNE 6 NOVICE 407Metres
SPECIAL SPEED was slow into stride. MUSIC MAESTRO checked off the back of another runner shortly after the start and raced wide for the majority. MERIDA shifted out entering the back straight and checked another runner. RED BRIANNA was checked by another runner entering the back straight then checked off the heels of another runner leaving the back straight. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no injuries were found.
Race 3 – STATE VS STATE ORIGIN JUNE 6 4th GRADE 407Metres
DAZZLER’S HANGER was slow into stride. BRAXON HAZE checked in the back straight and lost ground. HEADLINER shifted out wide entering the back straight and raced wide for the remainder.
Race 4 – ROCKHAMPTON GRAND PRIX 510 FINAL 510Metres
Clean start ROSE ALI and RED JAMIE bumped on the first turn. WALTZING DANUBE and DOLCETTO HAYZE bumped going around the first corner.
Race 5 – MAROONS VS BLUES ORIGIN JUNE 6 5THGRADE 407Metres
APOLLO’S WARRIOR was slow to begin and raced wide throughout. BOKARM LEO was slow into stride and raced wide throughout. KODA KEEPER checked outwards off the back of another runner entering the back straight and checked off the back of another runner leaving the back straight.
Race 6 – MEET NSW LEGEND TERRY HILL JUNE 6 5TH GRADE 407Metres
CISCO SNIPER was slow to begin and received a severe check entering the back straight. LINRICK raced wide for the majority. SAPPHIRE RUBY raced wide throughout.
Race 7 – MEET QLD HERO CHRIS WALKER JUNE 6 4TH GRADE 407Metres
VELOCITY PIPPA was slow to begin and was bumped outwards into LONG SHOTS on the first corner. LONG SHOTS began slowly and was bumped by VELOCITY PIPPA on the first corner. SPEED ACTION shifted out on the first corner checking a runner to its outside, then continued to race wide for the remainder, ESOTERIC was forced outwards and bumped another runner going around the first corner.
Race 8 – CHEER FOR QLD - ORIGIN JUNE 6 BEST 8 407Metres
FACTIONAL dipped at the start and checked off the back of another runner coming around the home turn. HAPPY PANTERA was slow into stride and checked off the back of another runner approaching the first corner. OVER TIME was slow to begin. ABLAZE checked off the back of another runner in the back straight.
Race 9 – CHEER FOR NSW - ORIGIN JUNE 6 5th GRADE 407Metres
IRONPOT SMASH was slow into stride. MISS WILDWEST was slow to begin. LEXUS BANNER was checked in the hind legs by another runner leaving the back straight. JIMMY’S REWARD run into the back of another runner leaving the back straight. ARE JAY JEAN raced wide throughout.
