Race 1 - WENDY MULRY TRAVEL MAIDEN 407m

 

2 Maryburra Marvel, jumped with the field, approaching the first turn slowed for no apparent reason an shifted outwards hampering another runner, at the end of the back straight slowed when approaching other runners. Shifted out extremely wide coming around the home turn.

Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to be injured in the left hip and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

3 Nitro Vic, very slow to begin.

 

4 Rogue Star, after leaving the back straight was checked in the on two occasions by another runner.

 

5 Billy Boils, was hampered approaching the first corner.

 

6 Atomic Mac, was slow to begin.

 

7 Up There Patty, after leaving the back straight checked another runner twice in the hind legs.

 

Race 2 - DIPLOCK'S COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE NOVICE 407m

 

2 Chief's Priority, was severely checked going around the first corner suffering a heavy fall and finishing the race well back. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured toe on the right fore and was stood down from racing for 10 days,

 

5 Surreal, checked heavily with another runner going around the first corner.

 

8 Mystery Train, extremely slow to begin and checked off heels in the back straight.

 

 

Race 3 - ROCKY FEED & SEED GRADE 5 (1) 407m

 

1 Birmingham Lass, checked out off heels approaching the home turn.

 

3 He Flash, checked off heels going around the first corner.

 

7 Shady Max, raced wide for the majority.

 

 

Race 4 - NEWSXPRESS RICHARDSON ROAD 0-3 WINS 510m

 

4 Velocity Faith, was the slowest to begin.

 

8 Sheza Code Blue, raced wide for the majority.

 

 

Race 5 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 (2) 407m

 

4 Package, checked off heels coming around the home turn.

 

5 Lexie Lee, was hampered going around the first turn, was checked severely after leaving the back straight and finished the race well back. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered a broken hock in the right hind. The greyhound was given immediate pain relief and strapped by the veterinary surgeon. Lexie Lee was stood down from racing for a period of120 days. Trainer Andrew Suli advised he would take Lexie Lee to his local veterinary surgeon the following morning for xrays.

 

6 Qualified, checked another runner leaving the back straight.

 

 

Race 6 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN MIXED 4/5 407m

 

2 Sweet Blue, coming around the home turn and down the straight slowed and pushed out on several occasions bumping another runner, Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no injuries were found. Trainer Trent Thorley was advised that Sweet Blue was barred from racing for failing to pursue the lure with commitment for a period of 28 days and must pass a trial to the satisfaction of stewards before racing again.

 

4 Infrared, raced wide throughout.

 

7 Off Break, was bumped around the home turn and down the straight on several occasions by another runner.

 

Race 7 - SANDAL WELDING MIXED 3/4 407m

 

3 Longhill Lad, raced wide for the majority.

 

5 Merlin's Missile, checked and lost ground going around the first corner.

 

6 Klemmer Banner, checked and lost ground going around the first corner.  

 

Race 8 - DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL BEST 8 407m

 

1 Speed To Burn, bumped heavily with another runner in the back straight resulting in having a heavy check. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and no injuries were found.

 

3 Paua Of Bondi, was hampered going around the first corner and checked again in the back straight.

 

4 Headliner, was heavily checked when trying to jump a fallen runner in the back straight resulting in losing considerable ground. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and was found to have muscle soreness in the shoulders and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

8 Skilled, bumped heavily with another runner in the back straight resulting in having a heavy fall, finished the race well back. Was sent for a post race veterinary examination and  found to have muscle soreness in the hind legs and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Race 9 - SKY RACING 5PW 407m

 

3 Mon Manny Beach, was hampered when slowing coming around the home turn.

 

5 Erratic George, raced wide throughout.

 

8 Oriental Sugar, raced wide throughout.

 

 

Race 10 - TAB GRADE 5 (3) 407m

 

8 Dr. Braelyn, was extremely slow to begin and raced wide throughout.
