WESTERN LION (6) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Raced wide into the front straight.

GO TIM GO (7) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

SCOTT HOOKED (7) – Tailed off to finish last.  Trainer advised that he would be retiring the greyhound.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 5 – Olsen Family | Mixed 3/4 | 380m

QUEEN OF CAWDOR (1) – Slow into stride as the start was effected.  Checked off another runner in the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.

SOVEREIGN SPRITE (4) – Slow into stride as the start was effected.

SUNSET WATCH (8) – Checked off another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the front straight.

Race 6 – TAB | Grade 5 | 498m

PAINT THE OCEAN (1) – Checked off another runner in the back straight.

VEGAS TALKS (5) – Slow to begin.  Checked off another runner on the turn into the back straight.

SHAKE THE PAINT (6) – Tightened for racing room on the turn into the back straight.  Checked off another runner entering the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained bruising to the off hind and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

SPARKLING SHOGUN (3) – Pulled down from behind by another runner on the turn out of the back straight.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

SURE MOMENT (4) – Slow to begin.  Raced wide on the turn into the front straight.

CZARNY (6) – Checked off another runner after turning out of the back straight.  Trainer was advised that the performance of the greyhound was bordering on unsatisfactory.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.
