Race 1: WELCOME BACK TO BARCY CLASS B HANDICAP – 1000 metres
 
Prior to declaration of correct weight, riders of 2nd placegetter SPARMAN (D Rewald) and 3rd placegetter HER OPTION (C Rogers) viewed the judges’ photo finish. After viewing the photo finish print, they were satisfied with the judges’ placings and correct weight was declared.
 
SPARMAN – Lay in over the concluding stages under pressure.
 
WHISKEY APPLE – Contacted at the start and failed to muster early speed.
 
ROCK PAPER SIZZLE – Jumped away awkwardly with head to the side of the barriers causing the gelding to be slow away. Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
GET IN THE GROOVE – Contacted at the start.
 
SIZZLING SUZANNE -- Travelled wide in the middle and latter stages of the race.
 
PURPLE TRUMPET – Lay in down the home straight.
 
HER OPTION – Jumped away awkwardly contacting an inside runner.
 
GOLDEN STREET – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
OUR SAY – Jumped inwards contacting an inside runner.
 
SIXES – Reared on several occasions prior to the start being effected. Shifted out nearing the 80m and had to be straightened.
 
 
Race 2: RACE AT OUR PLACE – 13/10/20 & 28/11/20 OPEN HANDICAP - 1200 metres 
 
MONO LAD – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
HEROISM – Slow to begin.
 
WICKED EXPRESS – Travelled wide for much of the race and hung out rounding the home turn.
 
BENCHI PRGASUS – Failed to muster early speed.
 
 
Race 3: “YOUR NAME HERE” MAIDEN PLATE - 1200 metres  
 
DROGON – Jumped inwards contacting an inside runner. Inconvenienced nearing the 800m and the 600m and had to be eased when MON TOUT raced greenly shifting ground.
 
NICE ONE WILSON – Contacted at the start, slow to muster speed and finished tailed off. A warning will be placed on the record of the gelding regarding competitiveness.
 
SHERPA JACK – Lay in down the home straight.
 
PACQUOLA – Travelled wide for much of the race with no cover and shifted in shortly after the winning post tightening runners to the inside. Apprentice A. Ross was reminded of her obligation to keep her mount straight and to be cautious when shifting ground even after the post.
 
TANTALISING MISS – Finished tailed off. A warning will be placed on the record of the mare for competitiveness.
 
MON TOUT – Hung out rounding the first turn inconveniencing another runner and raced greenly for much of the race despite the efforts of the jockey.
 
 
Race 4: THANK YOU TO OUR VOLUNTEERS QTIS BM 55 HANDICAP - 1300 metres  
 
LET’S GO CHAMP – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
DUCK IN DUBAI – Kicked out at the gates on several occasions prior to the start then kicked out as the start was effected causing the gelding to come out on his head losing considerable ground.
 
DO I HAVE TO – Slow into stride and travelled wide in the middle and late stages.
 
YOU’RE NOT WANTED – Dipped on jumping.
 
BABYLON EXPRESS – Slow to begin, travelled wide for much of the race and lay in over the concluding stages.
 
 
Race 5: THIS ONE IS FOR DENNIS OPEN HANDICAP – 1600 metres      
 
BOLLENTE – Lay in over the final stages.
 
FASTNET FLYER – Hung in under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
HUNTER ISLAND – Slow into stride and slow to muster speed.
 
ARGENTO PERLO – Lay out over the concluding stages.
 
STYLISH LUCK – Over raced in the early stages despite the efforts of the rider, then travelled wide for much of the race.
