CLAIRVUE SAGA- After racing on the 13th of October 2020, underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start.

LINGY- Stewards inquired into the circumstances surrounding Trainers representative Mr C Rafter saddling and presenting the incorrect horse to the mounting yard for pre-race inspection. Mr Rafter advised that he had erred by saddling and presenting ISA PRINCESS rather than LINGY after becoming disordered as to the two horse’s identities. Trainer T Parry pleaded guilty to a charge under the provisions of AR99(b) in that she as the Trainer of LINGY was responsible for the incorrect runner being presented to the mounting yard for pre-race inspection. Miss Parry was subsequently fined the sum of $400 and advised of her rights to an internal review. The start was delayed when the gelding required the saddle to be adjusted at the barriers.

SIZZLESUN- Slow to begin. Failed to muster the early speed to maintain contact with the field and tailed the field throughout before finishing the race off well.

ANNE CATHERINE- Raced wide early. On returning to scale Jockey P Romeo advised that his saddle slipped passing the 100m placing him at a slight disadvantage from that point.

MARTIAL ART- Began awkwardly and bumped with another runner. Jockey P Romeo was reprimanded under the provisions of AR132(7)(a)(ii) in that he did use his whip on 6 occasions, 1 more than permitted, prior to the 100m.

FLUIDITY- After racing on the 13th of October 2020, underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start. Slow to begin. Raced keenly for a short distance passing the 1400m when being restrained in an effort to settle in a forward position off the pace. Jockey P Romeo was reprimanded under the provisions of AR132(7)(a)(ii) in that he did use his whip on 6 occasions, 1 more than permitted, prior to the 100m.

FIRE RANGER- The start of the race was delayed when the gelding required re-saddling at the barriers. Slow to begin.
