Race 1: O'SHEA & CO BI-RITE Fillies and Mares Maiden Handicap 1200 metres
 
JONDY ALL SET - Suffered abrasions to both sides whilst being transported in the float to the track. Subsequently underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start. Apprentice T Wheeler dropped his whip accidently at the 150m.
 
SATINE - Began awkwardly resulting in the rider becoming unbalanced momentarily.
 
LEICA SPECIAL - Forced to steady to avoid heels near the 700m.
 
EYE ROLLER - Began awkwardly. Jockey R Goldsbury the rider of MADAME TESS pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that approaching the 550m she permitted her mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of EYE ROLLER resulting in that runner being checked and losing ground. Jockey Goldsbury’s license to ride in races was suspended for a period of eight (8) days to commence midnight 29th November 2020 and expire midnight 7th December 2020.
 
TAN DINH - Began awkwardly shifting wider on the track. After being caught wide in the early stages was allowed by its rider to stride forward to obtain a position outside the leader leaving the 800m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the offside hind leg. Trainer C Munce was advised the filly would require a veterinary certificate prior to racing again.
 
EVASIVE LIGHT - Raced 3 wide without cover during the middle stages.
 
GRANMA - At a point leaving the 700m was placed in restricted room, checked, clipped heels and lost significant ground when TAN DINH (App J Lloyd) jumped a discoloured section of the track and as a result shifted in.
 
MADAME TESS - Steadied from heels for a short distance at the 900m.
 
MINAJ A STAR - Jockey J Taylor was issued a reprimand under AR132(5) for using his whip in excessive manner, that being 16 times.
 
Race 2: BOB LAFFY ELECTRONICS Colts, Geldings and Entires Maiden Handicap 1200 metres
 
VIKING ARCHER -Tightened for room shortly after the start by runners either side and lost ground. Upon returning to the mounting yard was found to have sustained a laceration to the near side hind.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.
 
BENT BENNY - Began awkwardly. Upon returning to the mounting yard the connections expressed concerns with the gelding’s action. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the near fore leg. Trainer M. Nolan was advised the gelding will require a veterinary certificate prior to returning to racing.
 
LAURIE -Began awkwardly. Leaving the 500m was forced to steady after being placed in restricted room when another runner to the inside hung out. Jockey M Gray was issued a reprimand under AR132(5) for using his whip in an excessive manner, that being 15 times.
 
PATTI WAGGIN -Tightened for room shortly after the start by runners either side and lost ground. At the 400m improved onto heels and was forced to be steadied.
 
ROMANCE FACTOR - Inclined to hang out throughout.
 
SUFFICE - Failed to muster speed in the early stages and a result settled further back than anticipated.
 
UNCLE JIM - Hung out leaving the 500m placing another runner to its outside in restricted room.
 
Race 3: DALBY ICE SALES Class 2 Plate 2000 metres
 
BADGE OF GAMENESS - Jockey N Morten pleaded guilty to a charge under AR132(5) in that she used her whip in an excessive manner during the event, that being in the vicinity of 26 occasions. Jockey N Morten’s license to ride in races was suspended for a period of 12 days, to commence midnight 06/12/20 and to expire midnight 18/12/20. In addition, stewards imposed a $400 fine. Assessing penalty whilst stewards were mindful rider penalty guidelines for whip rule breaches, they were also mindful of the significant nature of this breach.
 
BUSH SHINDIG - Passing the winning post on the 1st occasion was forced to steady from heels for a short distance.
 
FALAEB - Slow into stride. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have a poor post-race recovery.
 
 
 
Race 4: FERMOR PLUMBING Maiden Handicap 1400 metres
 
GOLDEN WHITT - Raced wide without cover throughout. Forced wider on the track approaching the 500m when another runner to the inside shifted out. Upon returning to scale App. S Stephan advised that her mount raced greenly throughout.
 
AMERICAN REUNION - Began awkwardly.
 
BOLD ANGEL - Forced wider on the track approaching the 500m when another runner to the inside shifted out. Raced wide without cover during the middle stages.
 
LOVE IS ALL AROUND - Slow to begin and settled further back in the field than anticipated. Laid out under pressure in the home straight.
 
Race 5: JTW CLEANING SERVICES RATINGS BAND 0 - 55 Handicap 1400 metres
 
The start was delayed when CITRUS BURST proved difficult to load.
 
Trainer K Johnston was fined $100 under LR67 for failing to declare a rider by the prescribed time.
 
KIRRO - Hung out from the 600m and shifted wider on the track.
 
BY THE LAW - Jumped with its head in the air. Near the 1000m improved on to heels and shifted out. Raced wide with cover for the majority of the event.
 
CRAIGLEA ARION - Began awkwardly. Buffeted by another runner rounding the home turn.
 
RINGO'S MAGIC – Buffeted by another runner rounding the home turn. Laid out under pressure in the home straight. App. T Wheeler was reprimanded for using his whip on 6 occasions prior to the 100m.
 
CITRUS BURST- Began awkwardly and lost ground. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
 
PRETTY SONG - After passing the winning post was tightened and eased when BY THE LAW (A Jones) shifted out. App. Jones was advised to exercise for care.
 
FLIRTY MCCOY - Raced 3 wide without cover throughout.
 
ALL ELLIE - Raced in restricted room for a short distance near the 550m. Held up for clear running over the concluding stages.
 
OBJECTIVE - Slow to begin.
 
Race 6: CLEANING & CATERING Colts, Geldings and Entires BENCHMARK 55 Handicap 1200 metres
 
VINCERO- Began awkwardly. When questioned regarding the below market expectation performance, App. Z Lloyd reported that in his opinion the gelding failed to stretch out when placed under pressure due to the firm track. A post-race Veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
 
TOECANARGIE MAN -Raced wide without cover for the majority.
 
BRUTUS -Slow to begin. Laid out for the majority. Steadied to avoid heels near the 200m.
 
CHEVRONS'N'ROCKERS -Held up for some distance passing the 500m.
 
MAC'S BOY -Raced wide with cover for the majority of the event.
 
DUNNERS – Shifted in abruptly to secure clear running near the 200m.
 
MAXIMUM HUSTLE – Steadied to avoid heels leaving the 600m.
 
BLUEY'S READY – Held up rounding the home turn. Disappointed for a run near the 200m.
 
 
Race 7: SUPA CONSTRUCTIONS Fillies and Mares BENCHMARK 55 Handicap 1200 metres
 
MAC'S GAL - Began awkwardly.
 
PALICKI - Began awkwardly resulting in the rider being dislodged. App. Z Lloyd appeared to escape injury in this incident, however he was advised he would require a medical certificate prior to next riding.
 
 
SKYE AND ME -Began awkwardly.
 
STAZZANA -Shortly after the start was shifted wider by its rider to avoid a fallen rider. Hung out rounding the home turn.
 
LOVE FLIES – Slow to begin.
 
MISS GOODNIGHT -Began awkwardly and shifted wider on the track and lost considerable ground. Trainer B Robinson was advised that the mare would be required to barrier trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to next racing.
