Race 1: TREASURY BRISBANE BENCHMARK 75 Handicap 1400 metres
GLEN ORD – Slow to begin. Raced 3 wide without cover throughout the event.
GREAT POWERS – Over-raced in the early stages of the event.
MADDIARA – Raced three wide in the early stages of the event.
MISSED THE ALARM (NZ) – Began awkwardly.
MASLOWE – Lost near hind plate in running.
Race 2: TREASURY BRISBANE BENCHMARK 78 Handicap 2212 metres
JOYMAKER – Slow to begin.
SAVVY OAK (NZ) – Pulled hard in the early stages. Held up for clear running between the 500 metres and until a point passing the 300 metres.
CLASS OF ROYALTY – Raced three wide in the early stages of the event.
BOLD EXECUTIVE – Rider J Byrne was dislodged from the gelding on arrival at the barriers. Subsequently J Byrne was assessed by the Club doctor and cleared to fulfill his remaining engagements.
MOREE DREAMING – Pulled hard in the early stages of the event.
Race 3: TREASURY BRISBANE OPEN Handicap 1815 metres
PLATINUM INVADOR (NZ) – Held up for clear running in the early stages of the home straight.
JUNCTION – Over-raced in the early and middle stages of the event.
Race 4: TREASURY BRISBANE 3YO QUALITY HANDICAP 1300 metres
MOONAN ME – Slow to begin.
GLITTER STRIP – Slow to begin.

Following the running of this event the track was downgraded to a Soft 5.
Race 5: TREASURY BRISBANE Class 6 Handicap 1600 metres
KUBRICK – Momentarily held up near the 300 metres and obliged to shift in to obtain clear running before again being held up for a short distance near the 150 metres.
GUNTANTES – Jumped out at the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow post-race recovery and slight stress. Trainer R Heathcote advised Stewards it was now his intention to freshen the gelding prior to its next race start.
SLOW HANDS (NZ) – Inconvenienced at the start when GUNTANTES jumped out.
JAY JAY D'AR (NZ) – Raced keenly in the early stages.
MOCAMBO – Slow to begin.
Race 6: TREASURY BRISBANE DALRELLO STAKES 1000 metres
ORIENTAL PRINCESS was declared a late scratching at 2:31 pm when the filly was unable to be loaded into the barriers. On declaration of correct weight Stewards ordered all bets on ORIENTAL PRINCESS be refunded in full and the following deductions to apply:

Trainer G Heinrich was advised ORIENTAL PRINCESS must trial prior to its next race start.
THE STIFMEISTER – Held up for clear running in the early stages of the home straight.
ASHEMA – Raced three wide without cover throughout. Laid in under pressure in the home straight and near the 100 metres brushed with MISS HIPSTAR.
MISS HIPSTAR – Brushed with ASHEMA near the 100 metres.
DUNDAS – Lost off-side plate in running. Raced three wide without cover throughout.
MOST DAZZLING – Slow to begin.
Race 7: TREASURY BRISBANE QUEENSLAND GUINEAS 1600 metres
Prior to the running of this event a Stewards inspection of the track revealed a slightly wetter section of the racing surface between the 1100 metres and the 1000 metres approximately one to two horses off the fence. Jockeys were advised of the prevailing conditions and advised to exercise appropriate care.
HOLYFIELD – The off fore plate on the colt required refitting on arrival at the barriers. Over-raced when being restrained in the early and middle stages.
ROLLINWITHTHEFLOW – Pulled hard in the early stages.
BUCHAREST – Declared a late scratching at 2:05pm due to the track downgrade.
BE WATER MY FRIEND – Laid in under pressure near the 100 metres.
Following the running of this event the track was downgraded to a Soft 6.
Race 8: TAB VICTORY STAKES 1200 metres
VEGA ONE – Raced three wide with cover throughout. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
EMERALD KINGDOM – Raced wide in the early stages.
MASTER JAMIE – Raced three wide throughout.
STAMPE – Near the 150 metres obliged to be eased from the heels of THE ODYSSEY which shifted out when not fully clear. J Byrne, rider of THE ODYSSEY, was reprimanded under AR131(a) and advised to show greater care.
Race 9: TREASURY BRISBANE Class 6 Plate 1200 metres
FENDER – Raced three wide from the 700 metres.
GARIBALDI – Held up for clear running between the 450 metres and the 250 metres.
CENTREFIRE – Began awkwardly and shifted in bumping HARD LABOUR. Raced three wide without cover throughout.
HARD LABOUR – Bumped on jumping with CENTREFIRE. Near the 200 metres obliged to the steady from the heels of BOLD STYLE which shifted out when not fully clear. R Wiggins, rider of BOLD STYLE was reprimanded under AR131(a) and advised to exercise care. A post-race veterinary examination of HARD LABOUR revealed an abrasion to off hind leg and a laceration to the inside fetlock.
