KING LANDON – Trainer Mr S Royes advised that the gelding, which had raced poorly at its previous start when tried in blinkers for the first time, had raced far more tractably today after the removal of that piece of gear. Jockey R Hancock was also of the opinion that the gear change had been a major contributing factor to today’s performance.
