Race 1 - KITCHENS & JOINERY BY PAUL MIFSUD/ TROPIC DISTRIBUTORS BENCHMARK 55 HANDICAP 800m

HUNTING – Slow to go and rider reported then resented the kick back in running.

AYLA’S ANGEL – Slowly away.

DELTA MAGIC – Slowly away.

READY ZAIM FIRE – Raced very wide for the majority.

IMAGINAL THE TEOPLE – Raced very wide in the early stages.

CHEERS JOYCE – Did not handle the track or conditions and hung out rounding the home turn taking several other runners wider on the track.

TEMERITY – Taken wider on the home turn by another runner.

OVERGROWN - Raced wide rounding the home turn.


Race 2 - COLEMAN STOCKFEED/ BULLOCKS BUTCHER SHOPP QTIS MAIDEN PLATE 1000m

FIRST TRAIN – First start after a perolonged absence from racing. Underwent a Veterinary examination and was cleared to race.

SHAKESPEAREAN – Fractious in the barriers prior to the start. Raced wide in the early stages.

MOUNTAIN HALO – Jumped sharply outwards at the start making heavy contact with another runner, became unbalanced and lost considerable ground. Raced wide rounding the home turn.

CIMMERON SPIRIT – Heavily bumped by another runner on jumping and became unbalanced and lost considerable ground. Rider reported gelding resented the kickback in running.

WICKED PEARL – Raced wide most of the way.

MONASHEE JACK – Tailed off most of the way. Rider reported gelding resented the kickback in running.


Race 3 – TITLEY/ STANDLEY MECHANICAL; REPAIRS CLASS B HANDICAP 1000m


FAIRMONT – Raced wide in the early stages and tailed off. Rider advised gelding resented the kickback.

NO HAT NO PLAY – Raced wide in the early stages.

GOHARDONHULA – Raced wide in the early stages.

BAMBY – Raced wide rounding the home turn.


Race 4 - DIRECT WHOLESALE TYRES / MAGIC MILLONS BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP 1200m

TEXT ME – Raced wide rounding the home turn. Rider advised gelding raced ungenerously and tended to hang out most of the way.

BOYER (NZ) – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

CLATEAU – Made contact with running rail rounding the home turn.



Race 5 – HAMMER & CO PENTLAND CUP C LASS 4 HANDCAP 1600m

DALAKANSHE – Tightened for room between runners on jumping.

Approaching the 1000 metres ALBERT THE ROCKET (S. Mossman), shifted outwards which tightened SHORT TERM (J. Felix) for room between EXLOSIVE MISSILE (J. Babarovich to the outside and causing SHORT TERM to lose ground. In the circumstances Jockey S. Mossman was severly reprimanded for carless riding., (AR 131[a] ).
