When being checked, FRANKIE DREAMIN’ made contact with the hind quarters of FINUCANE MISSILE, which was hampered. Jockey Stewart was suspended from riding in races for a period commencing midnight 13 July and to expire midnight, 26 July.  In determining penalty Stewards deemed that the interference fell into the category of midrange.
