Chambers pleaded guilty to an excessive use of the whip breach in that she used it 9 times prior to the 100m and 16 times in total. T. Chambers’ licence to ride in races was suspended for a period of 11 days, to commence at midnight on Monday 11 May, being the expiration of a recently imposed suspension, and to expire at midnight on Friday 22 May 2020. In determining penalty, stewards took into account T. Chambers’ poor record in relation to the whip rule.
