Nothdurft pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that near the 200m he directed his mount in to secure clear running when not sufficiently clear of BACK THE ROCK, resulting in that horse being tightened for room and causing its rider to check her mount at that stage. Apprentice Nordurft was suspended from riding in races for period of 10 days, to commence at midnight, 1 September and to expire at midnight, 11 September.
