N Tomizawa, rider of EXAMINATIONS, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a), in that he permitted his mount to shift in to a position closer to the rail near the 900 metres when insufficiently clear of EARN OUT which had to be checked and lose ground. The license of N Tomizawa to ride in races was suspended for a period of nine (9) days to commence midnight 21st November up to and including 30th November 2020. Near 750 metres improved onto the heels of EXAMINATIONS when over-racing.
