The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

The greyhound HEZA CLASSY SIZE performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.33 and is now cleared all tracks.
Even start. ELITE BLUE BOY raced wide rounding the home turn.
FABRE FORCE and SIRRAH SIRRAH were best to begin. TRICKSTER’S SON was slow out. In the back straight TRICKSTER’S SON checked over the heels of FANCY THURSDAY and was hampered as a consequence. Approaching the turn into the front straight FABRE FORCE and SIRRAH SIRRAH both raced wide. TRICKSTER’S SON and WILDASH GEE raced wide round the home turn and into the front straight.
Race 3 – Maiden Heat 2 331m
JOHNNY MELODY was best to begin. Shortly after the start SOPHIE’S GIRL was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. In the back straight BERT’S SPECIAL and DON’T KNOCK PAT collided, resulting in DON’T KNOCK PAT being checked and losing ground. Leaving the back straight MIMMILL VALE and BERT’S SPECIAL both raced wide.
Race 4 – Maiden Final 331m
Even start. In the back straight
ABBEY KEBABBEY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. GUDERA POLIKAPOV was hampered as a
consequence.
Race 5 – Novice 331m
GUNSTOCK and CASS’ CASS were best to begin. In the back straight GUNSTOCK was tightened for racing room, checked, shifted out and made contact with ELL’S ALL CLASS, causing that greyhound to be checked and shift out and made heavy contact with SUBLIME SULL, resulting in SUBLIME SULL being checked and losing considerable ground. Leaving the back straight ELL’S ALL CLASS and JAGGED IMAGE bumped resulting in both greyhounds being checked and losing ground. In the front straight ELL’S ALL CLASS and JAGGED IMAGE collided causing both greyhounds to be checked.
The greyhound GAMINE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 6 – 5th
Grade 331m
Even start. SHAYLOR EVELYN was slow to begin. Entering the back straight ELIRA JANE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. In the back straight CORY’S DIAMOND and GRAND ROSIE bumped over a considerable distance causing both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
Race 7 – 4/5th Grade 395m
SOMETHIN’ FIZZY, SON OF PRADA and MAGIC BEAU were best to begin. HARA’S SAMUEL and WINGED ELITE were slow out. Leaving the back straight WINGED ELITE checked across the heels of SUEN’S CRUISER and lost some ground.
Race 8 – 2/3rd Grade 395m
Even start. Rounding the turn into the back straight ANJA was tightened for racing room, checked and fell as a consequence taking no further competitive part in the race. In the back straight WAZZA KING was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. HOWARD HENO was checked as a consequence.
The greyhound ANJA was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 9 – 5th Grade 395m
BRAE GIFT, NIGHT TERROR and IVORY were best to begin. SHOTOTSU and FROSTY FUSION were both tightened for racing room shortly after the start, checked and lost valuable ground. Rounding the home turn SHOTOTSU checked over the heels of IVORY and lost ground as a consequence.
Race 10 – 5th Grade 395m
Even start. Shortly after the start BOSANOVA and THAIDAY NIGHT were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leading into the back straight BOSANOVA checked over the heels of SUMMER’S RACER, shifted out and raced wide. THAIDAY NIGHT was hampered as a result of this incident. Rounding the turn out of the back straight BOSANOVA checked over the heels of SUMMER’S RACER, shifted out and made contact with HE WILL REIGN, which in turn shifted out and made heavy contact with THAIDAY NIGHT causing both greyhounds to be severely checked and to lose considerable ground.
Race 11 – Masters 395m
Even start. CHERYL VALE was slow to begin. Rounding the turn into the back straight STONEBROOK and ZAFONIC’S LADY collided resulting in ZAFONIC’S LADY being checked and losing ground. Leaving the back straight CHERYL VALE contacted the heels of DUNILLER causing it to be hampered.
