General: Stewards delayed Race 3 and all following races due to storm activity in the area. After persistent rain and continual lightening, Stewards abandoned the remaining of the race meeting due to the track condition as a result of the inclement weather.

 

 

RACE 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE NOVICE 520M

 

1 Cincinnati Hope – Slow to begin.

 

6 Barefoot Ronnie – Collided in the front straight. Bumped rounding the first turn. Raced wide in the back straight.

 

7 Little Zara – Collided in the front straight. Checked rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to its near fore webbing and was stood down from racing for ten (10) days.

 

8 Wildash Uncle – Slow to begin. Bumped and forced wider rounding the first turn. Checked off heels rounding the home turn.

 

 

RACE 2 - NOVATEC PAW-FORMS SYSTEMS GRADE 5 (1) 600M

 

1 Subtle Space – Checked leaving the turn out of the front straight.

 

2 Squisito – Checked rounding the first turn.

 

3 Waltzing Mickey – Checked rounding the first turn.

 

4 Bonnie Keeping – Checked leaving the turn out of the front straight.

 

7 Glittering Gaby – Checked leaving the turn out of the front straight.
