Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 331m

 

2 Rosdue Yeti – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked.

 

3 Boom One Down – Improved onto the heels of another runner shortly after the start and was checked. Checked across the heels of another runner through the home turn.

 

8 Federal Light – Raced wide through the first turn.

 

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 331m

 

5 Polly's Jester – Bumped with another runner several times rounding the first turn.

 

6 Brouhaha Boy – Bumped with another runner several times and raced wide rounding the first turn.

 

7 Nine Teen – Marginally slow to begin.

 

Race 3 - DP JOOGY MAIDEN HEAT 3 MAIDEN 331m

 

5 Rosdue Gina – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was severely checked losing considerable ground.

 

7 Crook In Tobruk – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked. Bumped with another runner rounding the first turn.

 

8 Torrid Sea – Bumped by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

 

Race 4 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NPW 331m

 

2 Starlight Blaze – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

 

3 Rosdue Kaique – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

 

4 Outback Danger – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

 

Race 5 - SENNACHIE AT STUD - STEVE WHITE NOVICE 331m

 

4 Noaki Nipper – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

 

5 Where's Jamie – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

 

6 Beers And Tears – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked. Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the event.

 

9 Kika (7) – Raced wide through the home turn.

 

Race 6 - WALLOON SALOON HOTEL 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 331m

 

1 Chocolate Pearls – Checked across the heels of another runner when shifting out trying to avoid the fallen runners approaching the first turn and lost ground.

 

2 Teddy's Issue – Clipped on the heels by another runner approaching the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed abrasions and bruising to both hind legs and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

6 Mickey Blue Eyes – Improved onto the heels of another runner approaching the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

 

Race 7 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY MIXED 4/5 395m

 

3 All Genres – Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

 

4 Fancy Ava – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to off fore webbing and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

 

5 Ultra Bomber – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground. Checked across the heels of another runner approaching the home turn. Raced wide in the home straight.

 

8 Little Lacey – Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed minor lacerations to both wrists and was stood down from racing for 5 days.

 

Race 8 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE BEST 8 331m

 

1 Special Edition – Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

 

4 Wingman Dan – Checked off the heels of another runner at the top of the home straight.

 

5 Kenny Sure Can – Dragged down from behind by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

 

6 High Order – Marginally slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and fell failing to complete the course. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the nearside wrist and was stood down from racing for 90 days. High Order must complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing next. The greyhound was administered pain relief and bandaged by the on-course veterinarian. Trainer Mr Dennis Moore will take the greyhound to North Lakes Veterinary Clinic tomorrow for further assessment and treatment. This matter will be referred to the Greyhound Injury Review Panel.

 

Race 9 - SELL YOUR CAR @ MOTORHUB MIXED 3/4 331m

 

2 Murphy's Mate – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

 

3 Double Ace – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

 

4 Cribb Island Gal – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

 

6 Rough System – Improved onto the heels of another runner in the home straight and was checked.

 

7 Canefield Queen – Clipped on the heels by another runner in the home straight.

 

Race 10 - ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 331m

 

4 Expat Corsair – Marginally slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

 

7 Chidobe – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was checked.

 

9 Six Schooners (8) – Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the home turn.

 

Race 11 - STINGER NOIR @ SIRES ON ICE 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 331m

 

2 Daysea's Trudie – Bumped with another runner in the home straight.

 

3 Lady Zelemar – Slow to begin.

 

4 Lektra Dude – Raced wide through the home turn.

 

5 Kentucky Showman – Bumped with another runner in the home straight.

 

7 Mystery Duck – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

 

Race 12 - BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ BRISGREYS MA5 331m

 

1 Rolling Smoke – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing considerable ground.

 

4 Desperado Lad – Dropped back through the field approaching the first turn when appeared to have sustained an injury. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed a tear to the near hind leg muscle and was stood down from racing for 5 days.
