General: The meeting tonight was conducted using the follow-on lure at the conclusion of each race.

Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN (1) 331m

1 Sabrina Bean – Bumped heavily by another runner rounding the home turn and became momentarily unbalanced.

4 Cement City – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start. Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the home turn and bumped heavily with another runner.

10 Cut And Run (8) – Slow to begin.

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN (2) 331m

1 Polly's Jester – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn.

2 Cash To Burn – Checked off the heels of another runner shortly after the start and lost ground.

4 Archie Boy – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

7 Majestic Level – Took a few awkward strides and commenced to weaken shortly after the start when appeared to have sustained an injury. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

Race 3 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE NOVICE 331m

1 Pop Rocket – Visibly eased approaching the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Mick Johnston regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the back straight. After viewing the video footage and acting under the provisions of GAR 69A, Pop Rocket was suspended from racing for 28 days at Albion Park and must perform a satisfactory trial prior to racing next for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.

4 Polly's Paws – Clipped on the heels by another runner shortly after the start. Following an incident with the follow-on lure after the race, the greyhound underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed a fractured tail and was stood down from racing for 14 days.

7 Noaki Nipper – Improved onto the heels of another runner shortly after the start and was checked.

Race 4 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 331m

2 Louder – Dragged down by another runner rounding the home turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed neck strain and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

4 Katie's Lady – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the home turn and was severely checked losing ground.

6 Call Me Quits – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.

7 Please Find Work – Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the event.

Race 5 - SENNACHIE AT STUD - STEVE WHITE GRADE 5 395m

3 Lady Swiss – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.

7 Major Blip – Raced wide through the turn off the back straight and throughout the remainder of the event.

9 Timmy Martin (8) – Slow to begin.

Race 6 - WALLOON SALOON HOTEL MIXED 3/4 395m

2 Rescind – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground. Commenced to weaken rounding the turn off the back straight when appeared to have sustained an injury. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed an injury to the near hind leg and was stood down from racing for 14 days.

8 Black Magic Mojo – Checked off the heels of another runner approaching the turn off the back straight.

Race 7 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY MIXED 4/5 331m

2 Kuranya – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

3 Zada – Raced wide through the first turn.

7 Flick's Buck – Checked off the heels of another runner at the top of the home straight.

Race 8 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 331m

5 Baromi Rose – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground.

8 Magic Dardar – Dragged down from behind by another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground.

9 Un Dia (1) – Slow to begin.

10 Lektra Dude (4) – Raced wide through the home turn and throughout the remainder of the event.

Race 9 - SELL YOUR CAR @ MOTORHUB BEST 8 331m

1 Wingman Dan – Slow to begin.

4 Hope Sure Can – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked losing ground.

Race 10 - ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB 5PW 331m

1 Dark Angel – Collided heavily with another runner approaching the home turn and was checked. Stewards questioned trainer Mrs Marion Goodwin regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the home turn. After considering all available evidence, the greyhound was given the benefit of the doubt if it had contravened any rule.

3 Veerat – Tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked.

5 Ultra Bomber – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn.

6 Black Zircon – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.

8 Willow Returns – Shifted in approaching the home turn and collided heavily with another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced.
