This meeting was conducted as finish on lure.

Stewards spoke with trainer Mr David Campbell and reminding him of his obligations to dress in accordance with the Racing Queensland Dress Code.

Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN 2 520m

No significant racing incidents.

Race 2 - CARINA LEAGUES CLUB NOVICE 2 520m

1 Total Media Ban- Checked entering the first turn and momentarily had its muzzle caught on the rug of Biscuits Cloud. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside shoulder and abdomen. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

3 Biscuits Cloud- Checked entering the first turn and momentarily had its rug caught on the muzzle of Total Media Ban.

Race 3 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 520m

No significant racing incidents.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 520m

1 Ferocious Lilly- Began awkwardly and lost considerable ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any abnormalities.  

Race 5 - NEWHAVEN STUD FARM 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 2 520m

No significant racing incidents.

Race 6 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS 5TH GRADE HEAT 4 GRADE 5 2 520m

No significant racing incidents.

Race 7 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE GRADE 5 1 710m

No significant racing incidents.

Race 8 - RESERVE SKY RACING MIXED 4/5 2 600m

4 Private Number- Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 106(2)(a).

4 Scrubs King- Beaton favourite. Slow to begin. Checked in the first turn.

Race 11 - BRISGREYS.COM GRADE 5 2 331m

8 Harleen Quinzel- Commenced to give ground in the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside hip support and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.
