3. See It Rock – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

8. Johnny No Ice – In the home straight turned its head outwards deviating its attention away from the lure. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Noel Evans regarding the greyhound’s actions at that stage of the event, after hearing the steward’s observation, reviewing the video replay and the submissions from Mr Evans, stewards deemed Johnny No Ice did take its attention away from the lure therefore invoked GAR 124 Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Johnny No Ice was suspended from racing at Albion Park for 28 days and until the successful completion of a satisfactory steward’s trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 3 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MIXED 4/5 520m

6. Springtime Son – Into the first turn was severely checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
