Race 1 – TAB NOVICE 460m

3 Medicine Woman; slow to begin

4 We Love Roxy; wide along the finish straight.

5 Take A Chance; checked with another runner through the first turn

6 Suvari; checked with another runner through the first turn and forced wide

7 Our Cambla Boy; first away

 

Race 2 – TERRY SIGNS GRADE 5 (1) 460m

3 Wicked Tay: checked by another runner exiting the home turn.

6 Misty Turn; checked after the jump and moved wide.

7 Due To Sizzle; moved wide through the home turn and checked with another runner and visibly slowed taking no further competitive part in the event. Following the race underwent a veterinary exam and suffered a Tarsal fracture and was stood down for a period of 42 days

 

 

 

 

 

 

Race 3 – EAST END HOTEL GRADE 5 (1) 550m

4 Red Jamie: moved wide through the first turn.

5 Reveal: checked in the first turn and forced wide.

7 Tuta Sherry: ran wide along the finish straight

 

Race 4 – UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS GRADE 5 (2) 550m

1 Cool Talk: Moved wide around the first turn.

7 Meadowcroft: Ran wide around the first turn

8 Stilton Ali: Started losing ground exiting the first turn. Following the race underwent a veterinary examination and was suffering from thumps but no time penalty was given, stewards spoke with trainer Mr Greg Kennedy regarding the run of the dog and found that although the dog had been diagnosed with thumps (no time penalty), the dog had not performed adequately and charged with an unsatisfactory performance (R71) and must perform a satisfactory trial

 

Race 5 – ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION GRADE 5 (2) 460m

1 Golly Goodness: Checked as it entered the first turn

4 Ollie's Lad: Best away

6 Fizz Out: Checked after the jump and then raced tight until the first turn.

7 MacDowell: Tight after the jump, Moved wide exiting the home turn.

8 Swift Gear: Tight after the jump

 

Race 6 – GREAT NORTHERN MIXED 4/5 460m

1 Swift Pash: Checked entering the first turn & pressed tight to the running rail.

2 Yogi's My Dad:  Checked entering the first turn,

3 Over Time:  Checked entering the first turn

8 Sapphire Ruby: moved wide exiting the home turn and ran wide along the finish straight.

 

Race 7 – BARGARA BAKERY CAFÉ MIXED 3/4 460m

3 Dolcetto Hayze: Tight for room as it entered the first turn.

6 Prince Duggie: Ran wide through the first turn, Following the race stewards spoke with handler Mr Graeme Richards regarding the boxing of the greyhound (took over a minute) stewards advised that this was unacceptable and have advised Mr Richards to get another participant to box the greyhound in future events.

 

 

 

Race 8 – QLD BRED 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 460m

4 Amaretto Hayze: Tight after the jump.

5 Call Me Wisdom: Tight after the jump. Checked from behind through the first turn and lost ground. After the race underwent a veterinary exam and found to have suffered no injuries.

 

6 Courtois:  Tight after the jump.

7 Roman Siren: Checked heels of another runner through the first turn and fell heavily.  After the race underwent a veterinary exam and was found to have suffered no injuries

 

8 Deep Emotion: ran wide along the finish straight.

 

Race 9 – CRAFT RENTAL & HARDWARE GRADE 5 (3) 460m

2 Cut The Talk: Checked several times after the jump. Moved wide exiting the home turn and stayed wide along the finishing straight.

 

4 White Swirl: Slow to begin.

6 Cambla Gold: Best away.
