Other Comments / Explanations:

Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races

 

Race 1 - TERRY SIGNS MAIDEN 460m

1 Cambla Samba Kid – Contacted from behind entering the back straight and lost ground.

2 Tune – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Tightened for room leaving the turn out of the back straight.

3 Savannah Sun – Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Ran onto the rear of another runner entering the back straight and lost ground.

4 Paddle Tails – Marginally slow to begin.

6 Trouble Talk – Checked off heels and collided into another runner entering the first turn, and lost considerable ground.

7 Urana Raspberry – Inconvenienced by another runner entering the first turn.

8 She's Available – Checked off heels approaching the first turn. Checked entering the first turn.

 

Race 2 – BARGARA BAKERY CAFÉ NOVICE 460m

2 Beltline – Checked entering the front straight by a runner that was shifting outwards.

3 We Love Roxy – Tightened for room then checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight and lost ground. Shifted outwards entering the front straight and checked into another runner.

5 Magnolia Wind – Checked entering the first turn. Checked off heels leaving the first turn.

6 Louisiana Flyer – Best to begin. Inconvenienced from behind entering the first turn. Inconvenienced leaving the first turn.

7 Medicine Woman – Bumped with another runner approaching the first turn. Bumped with another runner on a number of occasions entering the first turn. Significantly hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight.

8 Boydtown Bandit – Bumped with another runner approaching the first turn. Bumped with another runner on a number of occasions entering the first turn.

 

Race 3 – CHIP TYRE RECYCLERS MA5 460m

2 Zambora Pride – Tightened for room, checked off heels, then was checked further entering the first turn and lost considerable ground.  

3 Glen Cambla – Checked entering the first turn and lost ground. Severely checked entering the back straight.

4 Brandy Cambla – Checked entering the first turn. Checked and lost ground leaving the first turn. Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the hip support and was stood down from racing for a period of 21 days.

6 Saint Gallon – Tightened for room and checked entering the first turn. Severely checked entering the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off wrist and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.

7 Cambla Cruiser – Marginally slow to begin. Deviated towards the runner racing to its outside approaching the finish and made muzzle contact with that runner. Subsequently was charged under GAR69 Marring (1st offence) and was stood down from racing for a period of 28 days and will need to perform a satisfactory stewards trial before resuming racing.   

8 Rope A Dope – Inconvenienced by another runner approaching the finish and lost momentum.

 

Race 4 – UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS GRADE 5 (1) 460m

2 Tully – Tightened for room and checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight.

4 Nanny's Charlie – Shortened stride then collided into another runner leaving the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a thigh muscle strain and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.

7 Samira – Hampered entering the turn into the back straight. Hampered entering the front straight.

8 Jiggle No Wiggle – Severely inconvenienced by another runner that was slowing, leaving the first turn.

 

Race 5 – EAST END HOTEL GRADE 5 (2) 460m

2 Swift Gear – Checked entering the first turn. Shifted outwards and collided into another runner, entering the turn into the front straight.

3 Ollie's Lad – Checked entering the first turn.

4 Andrew's Shadow – Marginally slow to begin.

6 Fancy Eyes – Checked entering the first turn.

7 Larkin Po – Marginally slow to begin. Checked by a runner that was shifting outwards entering the front straight and lost ground.

8 Fizz Out – Best to begin.

 

Race 6 – ENDEAVOUR FOUNDATION MIXED 3/4 460m

1 Light The Barbie – Bumped with another runner on multiple occasions entering the first turn.

2 Enough Knowledge – Bumped with another runner on multiple occasions entering the first turn.

3 Sheza Dryva – Slow to begin. Checked off heels entering the back straight and dropped out of the race shortly after. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a thigh muscle strain and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.

4 Muchachos – Checked entering the first turn. Checked off heels leaving the first turn and lost ground. Tightened for room and checked approaching the turn out of the back straight.

6 Road Scholar – Hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight.

8 Dancing Ebby – Slow to begin. Checked leaving the first turn and lost ground.

 

Race 7 – TAB BUNDABERG CUP (L) FINAL OPEN 550m

2 Fernando Tears - Checked off heels approaching the first turn.  

3 Takura Tornado – Bumped with another runner entering the first turn.

4 Purdi Villa – Checked shortly after the start. Tightened for room, stumbled then shifted outwards, colliding heavily into another runner entering the first turn and lost substantial ground as a result. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no injury.

5 Swift Pash – Inconvenienced by another runner that shifted inwards shortly after the start and was checked. Checked entering the first turn and lost considerable ground.

7 Richmer Attack – Checked entering the first turn.  

8 Kiewa Rebel – Severely inconvenienced by another runner entering the first turn and lost substantial ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off wrist and was stood down from racing for a period of 5 days.

9 Dolcetto Hayze – Shifted inwards and checked into another runner shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner entering the first turn. Hampered entering the turn into the back straight.

 

Race 8 – CRAFT RENTAL BUNDABERG CUP (L) CONSOLATION OPEN 550m

2 Rippin' Bartel – Slow to begin.

3 Wicked Tay – Tightened for room entering the turn into the back straight.

6 Macdowell – Raced wide through the turn into the front straight.

7 Miss Emmy – Raced wide through the turn into the front straight.
